I've been using the app for about 6 months and it is excellent. It's great for practice, but when using electronic targets (pair shooting) there is very little time to record the other person's score, record your own score and then use the app and then have any time to actually see the wind conditions. I can see when you have a third person using it that might help, as long as they know where you held. But a great tool nevertheless.

Do you think this would be useful to someone just starting out in 300 yard any rifle benchrest? I must admit. I find myself chasing my tail at a whooping 300 yards. Lol. The situation you just outlined where you hold for wind and hit at point of aim, where previous shots are tight and clearly drifting in the wind. Seems to happen often to me.

No, the conditions at Rattlesnake required a different touch. The blowing sand made the iPad almost unreadable for target usage.
