I’m doing a cover up on my leg. Idk why. But I’m pretty nervous. Even tho I’m the one who tatted all these tattoos on my legs that are 💩. I’m nervous to cover it up. I have since become rather good at art. And after tattooing many fake skins I’m going for it. I ordered some of this second skin. Because of work I’d rather use that stuff than traditional healing. Thanks for this video

i'm actually gonna give this saniderm / second skin thing a go for my next tattoo , but i'm gonna check first if i'm not allergic to it by doing a test patch on a non tattooed area , i have been doing the wrap up method (first 3 nights) en always get scabbing & almost all my tattoo's this year have lines that fell out because of it , so my artists will have some touching up to do next year , but seeing that this saniderm gives less scabbing , i'm all for it

I will never ever go back to old school healing, second skin is an absolute breeze. I get back from the tattooist, wash it, let it dry for a good twenty minutes, put the saniderm on then it just stays on for a week. So so easy.

The only way I go back to the old way is if my tattoo is in a spot that I can't use Sandierm - like my hand

I just got a leg tattoo done. My tattoo artist wrapped me in saniderm and told me to leave it on for 3 days. After the 3 days, remove it, wash it and put unscented fragrance free lotion on it and rewrap it with saniderm and leave it for at least a week and remove it. Then reapply the lotion.
