Drop by if you want to meet me, tell me how bad my guides are or ask any questions about my builds 😁
Just jumped into PoE for the second time. Fucked up my first character this time around and ditched him for a new ranger with proper planning and am enjoying it so much more.
I’ve been saving all the crafting orbs and stuff and just hit 43 and was like “ I still have no idea what I’m doing with all this stuff”.
Lo and behold, I take a smoke break and this pops up on my suggested page.
Absolutely fantastic video. Explained everything so much more clearly than other ones I’ve watched.
Got my sub. :)
Finally a solid guide with crafting examples, all the other guides were so confusing. Thank you!
Nothing but useful information. No wasted time. No opinionated nonsense. Literally everything I want out of a game tutorial.
I have watched so many videos looking for someone to break down how crafting works in this game and what’s important and your video by far is the best. Great job!
really? You could follow and understand what he was saying? Wow, either you have the same accent as him or are very smart or worldly.
Dude, I've been away from PoE for a few years, and this refresher was just what I needed. I'm gonna be checking out more of your videos. I appreciate you taking the time to put this together. Cheers!
man I've been playing this game off and on since beta and this whole time I couldn't get a full grasp on crafting....you my friend just clued my dumb ass in within 20 min. You my good man deserve a god damn award.
Holymoly , the amount of information included in this 17 min video is insane, thanks man!
Thank you, thank you! Clear, to the point, and no unnecessary extra waffle to impress us. Exactly what I was looking for.
This has been the best video explaining how crafting works. Thanks
This is one of the best guides I've seen for beginners. Ty
This is the best guide out there for complete beginners to understand what are items prefixes and suffixes as well as crafting options. Highly recommended! You've earned my sub!
Idk why you aren't on top in UA-cam searches, haven't been able to find comprehensive videos from others like this. Definitely a sub, and I dont usually sub to anyone.
Incredibly straight forward! And I really appreciated the Close Caption, was easily to follow
I have watched a lot of guides but this was one of the best. So much said yet not a word wasted, everything makes perfect sence. Thank you!
First time playing PoE. I've reached level 83 so far and have long been confused by what's an actual upgrade for me and what items are better. This is the first video I've come across that has made it really clear, and broken down in a helpful way. I find a lot of videos about the game are aimed at people who understand an awful lot of the jargon, great video, thanks for making it Navandis.
Thank you, happy to hear the guide has proven useful for someone that's just started in POE. I agree with you, a basic guide should truly be the alphabet on that topic, which is why I did my best to ensure I explain the fundamental notions about items in POE 👍
Almost 4 years later I thank you for this great talk, Navandis.
Exactly what I need this morning! Great explanatory video my guy 👌
Wow man, I just found your channel a few minutes ago and am already learning so much! Thank you for your time and effort creating these videos. Cheers!
Man, im so happy to find this video. Thanks a lot, great information to take from this!!!
One real frickin annoying thing about all of this is storage space. Someone who loves the game but cant spend extra on games makes me really start to get sick and tired of free to play. Thank you so much for the guide I understood everything. You’re an amazing teacher
This is a VERY good quality guide. You got a sub for this. Even better than ZiggyD guides. Tip: Turn the background music down (at the start it was loud) when you edit please, it was taking away from your voice too much. It should be at a volume level to provide ambiance only. Tip#2. Sometimes a short pause between each or a text indicator when your switching topics would help. This was caulk full of information. Minor improvement suggestion really.
Thanks for the tips, I really appreciate this type of feedback! I'm still trying to find a good balance sound-wise and content pacing. Most of the times I plan the guides to be a bit lighter, but as I go about putting them together I remember some new bits and pieces of info that might be useful, so I add those in as well and end up condensing things a bit.
But really, I love receiving this kind of feedback as it helps me identify aspects that can be improved 👍
This video is very well jampacked with precise information and as much as i know, you didn't miss anything. Very good content!
I'm from Brazil, started PoE and grinded lvl 56 in 5 days, I loved the way the game works, the mechanics, but I didn't knew the tiny bits of detail it had, it's almost like Mu Online had a son with Diablo 😂
And your explanation is perfect for ppl who are starting to play like me thank youu
Really well explained and easy to understand. Got like 500 hours in Path of Exile and I learned so much new!
Dude you deserve a hundred thousand more subs. This guide was so helpful.
It's sad that you don't have ten times as many subscribers. You are easily the best POETubber out there. Thank you so much.
Well, I'll keep putting videos up and I'm sure the subscribers will come in time as well. My main focus at the moment is to improve the quality of the guides and create new awesome builds 😉
Best beginners guide i've found out there, thank you so much !
PoE "University" Crafting Video: 1.5 HOURS
This Video: 17 MINUTES
For a newbie like me just looking for the basics starting out, this video is a fantastic starting point. Directly covers the basics without all the "let me teach you basic crafting by constantly referring to advanced systems you have no clue about so I can flex my knowledge for an hour+" bullshit.
Well done.
Subscribed...I was looking at my past tab/youtube history and noticed I watch your videos a lot. Good job! Also this helped me out so much i tried some light crafting today and was able to get an item to help me after days of trying to find something through farming, mapping, delving. Thank you!!
Really glad you found it helpful! Understanding the items' core structure is the foundation for literally any form of crafting we have in the game 👍
This is exactly what I was looking for, best guide on crafting I’ve seen yet. Thank you 🙏🏼
Hell yeah new video. Don't even have to finish watching it to know it's going to be great.
Absolutely brilliant guide, man. I've just recently started playing this game seriously, but your info's a huge help :)
this dude has the best PoE content and nicest guy especially for new players, 10/10 recommend joining his community on twitch :D
Hey Elyn, I'm really glad you've joined us on Twitch as well, it's been great fun 😁
Fantastic Job! Clear Concise and Visually helpful!
Brand new to the game, very helpful. Thanks!
why the dislikes? this guide is so helpful and informative. thanks for explaining in a way that is clear and concise!
Because he doesn’t really cover start to finish crafting an item
Thanks dude, I just got into POE and been having a blast playing and this guide really helped explain the crafting process in great detail!
Playing SFF in Blight league currently, guess I'd better stock up hard on currency!
Success in SSF definitely depends on how well you understand crafting and getting the most out of your currency so I'm glad I've been able to help! 😉
OMG i love how this guy speak english because i understand it better. Tyvm
This is a damn good beginners guide. Well done.
a top-notch guide, my dude, please do more advanced crafting guides !
That is indeed the plan and my intention is to cover the more exotic crafting methods (e.g. essences, fossils, strongbox crafting, etc.) in the next part of this short series 😁
A very good, well explained video. Thank you for sharing this with us all.
Top notch crafting starter guide - good job
Although I already knew the basic stuff, I discovered a few things, thanks. Subscribed
hey man im playing the cyclone slayer build you made a video about and i really enjoyed this guide too, keep it up!
This was rly nice format. You sir are good at explaining
Excellent video sir! I'm looking forward to the more advanced crafting video as well!
Your Convoking Wand guide was amazing, and really helped me make a nice one for myself, and make some profit as well! Something that I dont understand though is how someone made a 921 ES 54% quality Vaal Regalia. It has 3 strong ES prefixes, and 1 strong ES delve mod, so obviously they used fossils. BUT it also has TWO "of the Order" master craft suffixes for int/qual & str/qual for additional ES. Is there a way to add TWO MC mods without using the multi craft mod? Such as a syndicate workbench? If not, they must have been extremely ballsy and lucky, to not only annul off the multi mod, but then also slam in one of the prefixes as an ES mod!
That would indeed be an annul that hit (eventually) the multicraft mod and then slammed with an exalt. You can imagine that it likely took hundreds of exalts and wasn't just one lucky attempt 😁
Man i wish i had this video when i first started poe .. Fast simple educational. Great job man
This is very useful. Waiting for your advaneed guide!
Dude I watched like 5 videos on this and they all sucked! This one was really well done thanks a bunch!
Perfect. The information I needed. Subscribed
LOVE your vids, ty for holding my hands in POE.
Very clean and detailed guide. Thanks.
I can't wait for the advanced one!!
This is what i was looking for. Thank you very much. Liked & Subbed, you deserve it.
Now this is a guide! :) Thanks
Nice job bro really injoyed this much better then GGG tutorial :p
I'm a new player but this guide help me a lot, I also watched your couple of videos and they're all pretty good.. Thanks A lot! sub!!
sir this guide its godsend to me i just finish the story and started to map thx a lot most useful guide ever
If I managed to help you avoid even a single mistake, I'm happy with that 😊
Always top quality content, thanks for creating NG.
Solid guide, sir, thank you.
subbed and liked! awesome vid, may be a year old but still more then helpful for anyone wanting to craft!
I've just finished setting up a nice *Discord* server for this community: discord.gg/9M6N6Wf
This way we can communicate a bit more directly, get to know each other, bounce ideas for new builds, clarify things about the old ones and, of course, discuss and share stuff beyond PoE as well.
So, drop by, say hi and stay awhile! 😉
You sound exactly like this other UA-camr his channel is called click4gameplay
You are amazing and this video is so high quality. I'll surely be watching every video you release in the future. Incredibly educational and that accent is fire!
Great content for a newbie like miself. Thanks
You should have also added, when using an Orb of scouring on an item with a lab enchant the enchant will remain untouched.
True, that is a very good point! 👍
Thank you so much !
wow... thank you so much, this is so basic and easy guide for poe...
Great guide.
Sneaky. Dropping a crafting video right before a new league starts so you have more time to tinker with builds in the new league.
Great video for the basics for newbies as per usual. Necromancer is getting buffed and the oils that let you put a random skill node on jewelry will do insane things to build I think. Can't wait to see your take on that.
Yeah, I'm really excited about the possibilities that the new league brings! A lot of great changes, especially for class archtypes that were ignored for a long time. Not to mention all the QoL improvements 😃
Thank you bruh. It helps me bigtime
Quality content!
Nice vid 4 new players
I would like a part 2 on crafting for the more advance crafting recipe's
Would be great
This is definitely just the first part of a longer series that I've planned. I'm planning on covering essences, fossils, maps crafting, strongbox crafting, Syndicate recipes and many others 😉
@@NavandisGaming can't wait! Thanks
Good guide, thx
Great video senpai, thank you ♥
@3:40 we can’t forget how he dropped this gem from the options menu 💎 it’s easy to miss new players make sure to see that part of the vid
thanks for the video i learned a lot thanks
This guide is amazing!
Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
i love this guys voice
he sounds like dr doofenshmirtz
like imagine learing about poe from dr doofenshmirtz
Hi, loved this guide. Can you also make a guide for multimodding and mastercrafting?
That is the plan, just need to find time to actually record it 😁
Thanks for this cool video.
Great guide! ty!!
Dude drops soo many useful info without catching breath... confirmed, buggers russian! :P
Even though i have put 380 hours into the game, i still learned something. Awesome video :)
Really glad to see the guide served its purpose 😉
380 hours is not much for poe :)
TY SO MUCH !!!!!
Great video, sir! Are we going to have a more advanced video about the crafting system? (I know u said that on the video btw) xD
very informativ and technical very good made video ! thanks ! your (indian?) accent is very nice :-) greets from germany
LOL! "Grab here" and "Pointy end"
I appreciate how organized and well visualized your videos are. The way you present the overwhelming information helps me so much.... honestly, i am sitting here with a pen and a notebook and feel reminded of being my grandma, who learned "dem computers" this way...
Now i understand, why filterblade sometimes hugely highlights grey items. This is a noob question: My standard filter highlights prophecy wand and some other greys that have uniques associated with them (if i upgrade them with that random orb) - is that really worth it? If those orbs aren't really good for other things, i'd risk a couple more.
I would love your advanced crafting guide with fossils, essences, beastmastering and maybe with an example along the lines of: So, you're targeting stat X and know you want something that buffs your minions, these are your options and this is how you minmax it. Just the whole process of how i gather the info and in what order i do what.
I ruined my flasks by beastmastering them first... not really. still using them. but i could have gotten way more out of them.
Still not sure what to play in the new league. Really loved your skelemancer and brought her to 89, now want to do minions again. Am eying the spectral necromancer, but not sure yet, if the gear is affordable.
Thank you so much for the guide. I can understand you so well and love how you organize the information!
I can totally understand how, after 7+ years of content being added to the game, it gets to be overwhelming. That's in great part why I decided to create these guides.
Regarding orbs of chance, there are indeed certain base, white, items which can be chanced into some very rare uniques. Orbs of chance don't have a great deal of value otherwise and you can gamble away with them. Generally speaking you should probably see each orb as a crafting tool rather than something that piles up in your stashes 😁
I am planning of creating more advanced crafting guides in the future, just need to find the time to do so.
As for a good starter build for Harvest, I think you've just discovered my new Arc Witch and that is one I can wholeheartedly recommend 👍
@@NavandisGaming Indeed!! I am elated, you updated the arc witch! Thank you so much : )
and thanks for that viewpoint: orbs = crafting stuff, not hoarding stuff. Well. Except for trading, but who wants to trade with the orbs of chance!
Thank you, I appreciate your hard work which add immensely to my enjoyment of the game.
Whoaaahhhh. Now THAT IS A GREAT GUIDE....!
spell damage can be on gloves. it's an implicit
You are a god send
First video ive seen by you.
Thank you, thank you, thanks you for all the time you put into editing, to make all this extremely clear.
Liked/subbed, well done.
How about Vaal orbs? What items/gems should you use them on?
Bench @15:34
do one about crafting corrupted items and how to color the sockets by using the socket-receipes with jews
Just started the game. It seems I dont have the “Advanced mod descriptions” option in the UI menu…. Any reason why? Did they take rhat out or something?
Please help a noobie: in options>UI I don’t see the choice for advanced information on items. Did this go away or change sine this (very informative) video posted? Thanks!
This was changed recently and items will now always show detailed/advanced info when holding Alt and hovering the mouse cursor over them 👍
Subbed
This game is great, easily the best arpg out there. The only game breaking aspect for me, I have only been playing for 2 weeks. Is that I need to constantly stop gaming to watch guides. Just this subject alone has hour and a half tutorial videos. That is crazy to me, it breaks the emershin. You can't just pick a play style and go, you need a step by step tutorial.
