- Huge shoutout to David for sending me the #Centrosaurus for an early review. This thing is incredible!!! From the large size down to the fantastic paint job. Just a spectacular #dinosaur toy. #BeastsoftheMesozoic just keeps getting better with each wave. Everyone needs to add at least one of these figures to their collection. And I can’t believe we’re getting even bigger figures in wave 3!!

David contacted and informed me that I had the hip section in the wrong position. That is what caused the large gap on the back. The joints are really stiff on this figure. I worked into the correct position so everything lines up as it should. Checkout the updated thumbnail to see the change.
My Favorite of the line and he looks beastly with the rest of my BOTM ceratopsians 🤩
Awesome looking Centrosaurus figure from the Beasts of the Mesozoic Ceratopsian Series.
It’s looks really amazing and it could be the same size as the Pachyrhinosaurus which is gonna come soon.
Well looking at them both in the pictures, I’m guessing they are
WOW! Can't wait to see your review of the adult Triceratops & Pachyrhinossurus. Don't know how i'm gonna choose which ones to get🤔
Choices and money. It’s so tough lol
I appreciate the fact that David went with a lizard influence that easily could resemble the juvenile "Monoclonius" version from the KS, they look awesome together. This was a must buy for me not only to go with the aforementioned figure but because there are literally no other Centrosaurus figures out there, correct me if I'm wrong. Always struck me as very odd for what is probably the 2nd best known member of Ceratopsidae after Triceratops based on amount of fossil material. Can't wait to get it in!
It’s amazing. You’ll love this brute buddy.
I think the adult Centrosaurus should be the same size as the Medusaceratops, but with Centrosaurus being my favorite ceratopsian, I agree with you in not minding the lasrger scale.
a Amazing Centrosaurus Figure
I can't wait to get this one for my birthday because I like the colors on him.
i like to consider the regular small Centrosaurus to be monoclonius and the "Monoclonius to be the juvenile centrosaur cause their colors are WAY more similar than the regular juve centrosaurus
My favorite Beast Of The Mesozoic Ceratopsian figures are Adult Triceratop, Pachirhinosaurus, Adult Centrosaurus, Einiosaurus and Monoclonius
I LOVE IT! I also can’t wait to see for the “Torosaurus” since that one is my perfect favorite ceratopsian
The torosaurus is the one I’m most looking forward to in the entire series. September can’t come fast enough!!
@@DinoScreamReviews
Imagine a diorama with the Torosaurus accompanied by the limited edition Tyrannosaurus. O BOY that would be a match made in haven for me 😆
Hermoso!!! 🤩🤩🤩
The Adult Centrosaurus looks beautiful and big,and this DSR of it was very awesome, cause DSR is awesome.
Sadly it's 85.00.
9:25, these look good scaled next to each other.
10:04, impressive!
8:30, looks good in scale to Hammond and Doom.
You lucky bastard this is my favorite of the line and mine is on its way 🤩😍
I was waiting for you to comment lol. I know this one is your favorite. You’re going to love it!!
How did you get yours so fast mine are pending the five I ordered from wave 2
@@cosminbryant1243 I meant to say he’s on his way from the factories. Wave 2 just shipped from China and will reach the states next month
@@bryannedelgado6479 sweet I just preordered five of the wave 2 can’t wait to get them
What a pretty figure.
It’s so beautiful!!
Thanks for the video!! See you later!! Stay safe.😉
While it may not be as good to look at as the juveniles (in my opinion) it looks pretty nice and I may get it just to have it with the juvenile
I like it better than the juveniles personally. But they sure do look great together.
Interesting that the nose horns on the juveniles are curved differently than with the adult
It’s a very nice touch. Seems like the horns changed shape as they grew. Very cool the figures reflect that. commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Centrosaurus_skulls.png
Apparently they aren’t entirely sure still about monoclonius. It could be a distinct species but the fossils aren’t distinct enough to match with adults
They aren’t, Monoclonius is simply a juvenile Centrosaurus
@@bryannedelgado6479real
Looks much better than the prototype imo. I much prefer the toned down, less saturated colours, especially the red on the original which made it look a bit clown-like.
Would the Centrosaurus have been a better fit for 1:18 if it used the body for Medusaceratops?
Why is it so big again???
Parts sharing with the Pachyrhinosaurus. I’m ok with the size personally.
@@DinoScreamReviews Reused parts? Sorta lazy in my opinion, but at least it still fits.
@@LeoTheYuty gotta look at it from a business standpoint. If each figure was a unique mold the price would be almost double for each figure. Using the same parts on multiple figures saves tooling costs. It’s standard practice in the action figure business. David actually posted a diagram with the shared parts amount the figures. I find that stuff fascinating.
@@DinoScreamReviews Oh alright. At least they still look good with the swapped parts.
@@LeoTheYuty biggest thing with reused parts is that it allows us to get more of a variety of figures too! Without that we probably wouldn't get to see as many ceratopsians as Creative Beast is doing!
The body gap looks awful
That was an error on my part. You can push up the mid section to close the gab. The joint was really tight in mine. I’ve updated the video thumbnail to reflect the better position. It makes a world of difference
