    Oh I used to fish there all the time and I caught some big bass! Once they gated off that area its been harder to catch some. Keep up the good vids!

    Been catching about 7 little bass on the biggest and oldest rooster tail I have on a lake I haven’t ever caught fish on, on the worst weathered days too! These lures don’t disappoint

    Instead of a snap swivel on the end of your line use a strong clinch knot, the fish can see that little bit of metal above the lure and your commitment ratio is lessened. I fish for urban browns a lot, and where I fish, they are very smart, I like to dabble a layer of Tuna blood scent gel on both line (6 inches up from knot) & lure

    Would love to see you try and target carp on lures. I know it can be done but it seems like they have to be in the mood. They are so skiddish and docile

      You certainly can! Its just "controversial" because its considered a sport fish. A lot of people say they should be strictly catch and release fish, while others say a Legal and proper harvesting of the smaller bass help the bigger bass population thrive. I have heard they are wormy in the summertime, but not when caught in the winter. 🤷‍♂️ And I've also heard they are a nice white flaky meat. Just gotta make sure its legal in your area and specific body of water, and clean it well.

      @@PooRadley What kind of anus calls out people for eating the meat with fins that lives in the water? There is a substantial stream and other smaller ones feeding that system and it's connected to the lake, where those fish originally came from.
      Caution: too much soy gives men breasts.

And what are your six best colors of rooster tails . I have a 6’6” medium st.croix triumph 1- pc spinning rod and a 2500 Dawia tatula Lt spinning reel and what size rooster tail you would recommend me to buy and used on my rod and reel setup that I have please.
