- I've been collecting sound samples I thought would be fun to work with for a while now. Recently I thought what the heck: let's make some fun seasonal animations now and then. This is the first segment, enjoy!

Hey!! I'm so glad you're here, you're amazing, and I don't know if you remember me but back at icon in new York you were there and you said my dog was cute and you also told us a bit about yourself while you were on stage. I won't go into it but I want to thank you for all of it, hearing all of that from you helped me get a bit stronger and in mentally better for it. Thank you again, for everything.

When I saw Voltaire perform at Dragoncon 2019, he gave a shoutout to Daria Cohen when he mentioned that her animation of his song, Zombie Prostitute, caused a great deal of requests for him to perform it live and had really increased the popularity of that song for him.
I was gonna make a senpai joke, but in all seriousness, having your idol recognize your work and praise it would be a dream come true for so many people.
Fun fact, Daria made The Night so popular with her video that now Voltaire plays it at most of his shows.
@@cphtfluke7565 Another fun fact. The Night was never intended to be played live, so Voltaire made it more ... difficult. And now every time he plays the song live, he remembers Daria.

I love how he dosen't say it in a forceful like way of expecting her to do it, only in a joke like he knows she ain't gonna bother... and then Daria flips it over!
How could he not? Every stream he does has at least one person asking if he’s heard of her. They get kind of self-entitled about it, too. I told one yes he has after he asked for the fifth time in as many minutes, and the guy wouldn’t stop asking because he wanted Voltaire to answer, even if others told him.

I feel like... This is genuinely them. Just, getting high and chatting, this is them outside the fighting and Duke sexing with a zombie lol. It just fits too damn well. And as always, your art style is just so fun and lovely Daria.
