Walkinshaw Performance Formula Tech is the first to do a Performance package upgrade to the Brand New Holden VF Commodore. Have a a look at what was done and be apart of History!!
In Basic form Stock as a rock its about 220 at the wheels for a manual and about 210 to 215 at the rear wheels for auto, then add 6K of price which gives you ceramic coated 4 into 1 headers 200 hi flow cats and 2.5 inch cat back system with stainless steel rear free flow mufflers and you should get at least around 260KW to 280KW at the rear wheels for someone that knows what he is doing, but again i have seen people put on HSV Try y headers and hi flow cats and 2.5 inch cat back system and free flow rear mufflers get a lot more torque down low and still get approx the same rear wheel kw, but more power down low which is why the tyr y headers flow better instead of 4 into 4 headers, but each to their own the trick is having the difference of size of pie between the tyr y headers and the factory pipe that leads to the factory cats changed to 2.5 inch and the same with the pipe that leads to the hi flow cats in 2.5 inch and use 200 cell cats ? or go with 4 into one and 2.5 inch and free flow rear mufflers and you will still get the rear HP its just when you want the HP increase to coming quicker for the everyday driver thats what i would do even a S/H HSV system will give a stock SSV system more power full stop and especially if you take it people who know how to tune a car, because most places have flash tune settings based on the 4 into one bolt up systems because its less work full stop and make good profit margins because its all bolt up stuff ?
I love My W310 package makes the SSV Redline sound like Real V8, sorry to say Holden the exhaust system you have is so lame, You can actually hear the sound that it should be making, it make the windows in the house shudder lol
Ummmm why the hype, isn't the VF 6.0ltr Engine the same as VE 6.0ltr Engine ? Wouldn't you get more interest saying it was a GM 6.0ltr package to suit VZ-VF ? In saying that 360rwkw is ok, but HOW MUCH ?
I dont get any of this... Check out the 340kw VF Maloo. it made 263 RWKW in stock form. Thats 360 Rwhp... So why does Walknshaw Only claim 310Kw from this tune. THey call it the W310. So actually the it should be a W340....PS i drove this car a couple of weeks ago and didn't feel any where near the power of the 340KW Maloo
