Okay, so adrenaline for freeze is leagues better than corrosive mix. When you're about half health anyways, you deal about 15% more damage due to adrenaline. Corrosive mix in general only offering a 10% damage bonus compared to adrenaline's potential 29% increased damage when at low health. Not to mention the freezing effect negates your opponents damage, essentially giving you much more survival than with corrosive mix, which allows you to get in even more damage. The freezing effect that adrenaline has also helps with movement a lot, as you can often nearly freeze people in place and use their slow movement to dodge some of their shots, also increasing your survivability. TLDR: freeze adrenaline is much better than corrosive because of a) potential better damage boost and b) freezing effect giving freeze users more survivability.
So I've been using shaft for over 70 hours, and honestly yeah it can get boring from time to time, but since i'm into just accuracy and strategising to ensure my team mates get the ball or capture the flag, being a support allows me to get a lot of kills, thus helping my case
That's how I play with shaft too. My shaft account is S_H_Shaft_Hunter_2. It only gets boring when you mainly camp and don't really go for the flag sometimes.

In general, FireBird deals more damage than Freeze, but Freeze disables the opponent's double damage, thus doing more damage than the target. So I prefer Freeze, the fact that he has more charge and slows down the opponent is also good. Just because of the freeze I stopped using Corrosive Mix, I noticed that I was losing a very interesting effect in exchange for only 10% damage.

How do you know that it disables the opponents DD? I have not been able to track down this info anywhere.
For me it's always firebird ❤ the amount of damage we get is crazy and op , and it's also enjoyable like we are literally shooting fire 🔥

that why I use freeze and nothing else because it freezes you in place and the cold kills you and for bonus damage it just slows you down, so you don't get away as easy as firebird and the high damage made players run from you and equip protections. i agree with that.
7:05 there is an option in world of tanks that lets you remove any map, but you can remove only one map (with premium you can remove 2)
Lets hope the devs will just make it an option for free. No matter the turret, i always prefer the smaller maps
Ur right... I actually use Freeze and Isida mostly on hornet so it's so annoying having big maps everytime.. they should add any "Map category" choosing options fr.. it would be useful 7:17

Haven't played Tanki in quite a while, but I'd say magnum before it got its aimbot was my favorite turret, I used to play it exactly like thunder, it was actually fun when the shots were very fast, now it's mr.camper's favourite turret, now they took the skill wall out of the equation and forced camping basically

As an Isida Viking main. I fully endorse the ability to choose short/midrange maps
Honestly, I like both equally and use them for different situations. Freeze is good against vampire isida, but neutering its self-heal you can eventually kill. Good points about firebird lots have protection, that is why I use firebird AP, bypass their protection. I sure hope they don't nerf firebird, and good they fixed freeze a little. I think they need to improve isida, I have maxed out all augments and still don't use hardly; wish isida could attack multiple tanks like tesla, branch electrical zaps or something. Isida with jammer vampire is something I don't have, something at least.
I was thinking since freeze status disables double damage, what about burning status would disable double armor? heh... too OP then eh?

? Freezing does not counteract self-healing. Firebird's AP reduces critical damage and does not bypass protection, it just doubles armor. Isida cannot have the same damage transmission effect that Tesla has, each turret must be different. Isida's differential is healing, Vampire Nanobots are powerful. And the effect of removing double destruction was a further improvement, as the freeze itself is weak. However, the burn is already quite strong and adding something else would make it even stronger. Bad idea.
@@mrbongosfl Oh I just suggested what if burn status disabled double armor? heh... ya might make it too strong, but thought it was fair since freeze status disabled damage boost. They did not add it officially!
@@K-kof2000 I'm just saying I found freeze is quite effective with dealing with vampire isida. Have 50% isida protection and freeze.... the freeze status will weaken vampire isida so that it's self-heal is less efficient thus in the end dying as you damage it. Another way is a big jolt of damage... like gauss solenoid a nice 4500 damage or so... but then they might have gauss protection and then you are in trouble.

Freeze, because it's cheaper to upgrade. On another topic, people who use Shaft either use it because it's effective (Stadium TDM), or because they are playing on mobile.

From these two i kinda like them equaly but freeze a bit more. Tho out of short range tureets defenetly isida and out of all railgun
in general freeze is better but still honestly freeze needs a buff firebird does way more damege but the thing is firebird can work with high consuption cuz of more damege but freeze like the yellow bar is empty way to fast but over all i think both freeze and firebird should get a buff because they are so easy to just kill before they get to u and sometimes easy to kill even when they get to you like the meta rn is rail thunder magnum shaft but u rarely see freeze and firebird they need a buff maybe a freeze buff would switch it back to the old consuption rate and firebird would get a damege buff sounds good.
You forgot to factor the huge amount of damage that freeze crit does when compared to firebird.

Make a vid about which drone to max out first
crisis, trickster (or defender). Booster isn't that good. if u like camping go with crisis, if u like capping flags go with trickster, and if u like playing aggressive go with defender. booster is only good with a couple specific turrets so the other drones I mentioned are much better choices
Im playing freeze with the stun crit hit and its like crazy good in little map but in higways tho impossible to play even with crisis/trickstef

When i use firebird i dont do enough damage ,everyone has protection and burn is non existent when using the good alts but when others use it against me i turn to a puddle of metal in 0.02 seconds

Unrelated question... Which drone has higher damage output for any turret? Crisis lv20 or Booster lv20? I'm planning to level up my Booster or Defender drone when Tanki B day happens with 50% off discounts.

Better critical damage
Less people using protection, better augments, critical damage and it’s enjoyability compared to firebird
