Well, that depends on how much you want the four star. That said, there is nothing accidental about getting a five star when pulling on their banner. One clicks that button on purpose, therefore, one decided to risk one's pity (there's no such thing as building pity, only risking that which one already has). So, for that reason, one should always be mindful of just how much they want a given four star (especially since there is no guarantee), where they are at pity-wise, how fine they are with getting the featured five star, and how much one wants the upcoming five stars. After all, four stars come around faster than five stars, and you can always get lucky with a non-featured pull on subsequent banners.

I AM NEARLY AR 56 AND STILL NO QIQI WITH C2 MONA AND C1 KEQING. QIQI IS SUPPOSEDLY ONE OF THE BEST HEALER AND DPS AS HER HEALING BONUS SCALES WITH ATK. I HAVE GOOD ARTIFACTS FOR HER

For on-field DPS+ healing, Jean is typically better (especially since she can also use VV), and Kokomi or Benny will lead to more DPS overall for the team. C6 Sayu is also capable of some silly stuff. And, of course, there's Diona for team buffage + shielding. For damage while healing, there's Noelle as well. She does have the greatest healing output. With an R5 sacrificial, she can have near 100% uptime on her elemental skill (80% chance to proc per target hit, but it won't trigger on shielded enemies), which means she can produce a lot of team-wide healing by attacking. And her burst has a potential 75% uptime, with so much healing that it becomes nigh impossible to die. Especially great for melees, who have more poise (resistance to being knocked around by enemies). But she does have drawbacks. Her elemental skill doesn't generate particles. You need to combine it with her C1 and her burst or A4 passive (the one with a 30s cooldown) to get any energy from it at all. This means she isn't a good battery at all, and is reliant on the team to help fuel her own needs for her burst. She doesn't help the rest of the team much, other than the healing. Her elemental skill pulses only every 4s, so she has low cryo application, and its overall healing output from off-field isn't great. Cryo is also one of the weaker elements overall, and she's the worst cryo applicator. Without a sacrificial sword, it also has a long downtime (and that's why you want an R5 one, as that gives the sword a 16s cooldown, which fits almost perfectly with the duration on her elemental skill). As to her burst, while it is awesome, it does suffer from being a debuff applied to enemies. This means that, if they die, well, that's that. So hence why it is great against higher hp enemies, but less beneficial against low hp ones. Still, the former is when you tend to need lots of healing the most. And lastly, her constellations are probably the worst of any character. They don't diversify her abilities, instead doubling down on the healing/survival aspect, for the most part. So it gives her more of what she has more than enough of already, while not helping her where she's sorely lacking. Still, I quite like her, and she's my healer of choice for my Eula/Raiden team, as well as great for co-op. I also never get tired of her voice lines.
