This house includes all the basics. If it were to be mine I'd extend the kitchen into the enclosed porch a bit to allow more space for cabinets and to add a powder room.
Thank you!! 😊
Great starter home.
Amazing what you have done with such a small space. Best that I have seen yet. ❤
Personally, I think the giant stove is a bit much. The space could be better used as counter space. Also, use a front load washer and dryer. That way a shelf could be put over the top of them. I agree that an additional half bath is needed with 2 bedrooms.
Love it but I’d place a tv over the fireplace instead of having them in the bedrooms. Oh and one on a deck wall where I’d drink coffee and watch the morning news.
I like the layout! The only thing I would miss would be a kitchen pantry, even if small.
Twobedrooms require at least an additional 1/2 bath.
I've lived all my life with 1 bathroom...
@@lindathompson5472 currently in a 3 bedroom house w 1 bath. 3 children and 4 adults. No issues.
Magnifique !!! J'adore 💕 beaucoup !!!💚💚💚💚
We love our king beds and need much more closet space. Live in tornado active area so need basement which would solve my next comment is storage for Christmas decor and tree and other things.
Здорово 🤟 очень
The only design I like with this house is that closed in porch leading off the kitchen, which would be awesome in the mornings for having coffee, breakfast as well as supper! Would also make for a great dining room at one end and just a lounging area at the other end, with all that natiral light coming in from all those windows your house plants would thrive!
Good little house
Thank you!! 😊
very nice
Beautiful ❤
❤❤❤
I like this. Since it has only one bathroom, I would prefer another toilet or to have the toilet in a half bath, which is what I currently have. It works well.
Add a bathtub in the bathroom, need one Nice floorplan.❤❤😊🥰✨🌟💙💗💚👍
❤❤❤
Tan MARAVILLOSA, sólo faltaba yo, para que fuera LA PERCECCIÓN de un HOGAR...❤❤❤
❤❤❤
Cute. Too white though. Those open ceilings should have been left natural. Screen porch would make the perfect sewing room and rec room.
Love this design 😍
❤❤❤
I love all the different wood and stone elements, love the 3 seasons porch, and the gorgeous glass cabinet doors. The size of the bedrooms seems generous. I would need a small pantry in the kitchen and a linen closet. I'd probably want the bathroom a bit larger. Other than that... fantastic!
Is this a house plan for purchase? How much for this home?
Cute
Love it♥️👍
Thank you!! 😊
Absolutely love it❤️
Beautiful. I would add a half bath.
❤❤❤
I don't like the hugh range hood
Does anybody wonder besides me why there is never any room for a piano, never enough wall space😢
Its so nice! ❤
Sad, the only place you placed a TV.. were the bedrooms. No clear master bedroom and master bathroom... You might as well made this a single bedroom house... I do like the threeor four season porch/room...
You can furnish the living room any way you prefer. Just because the graphics don’t show one doesn’t mean there can’t be one.
Say you're advantaged without saying your advantaged.
Why do you need a "master" bedroom? Just pick any of the two bedrooms and call it yours, no need to have a master bedroom.
@@Tanax13 to each their own, a master bathroom is private, not shared... I guess we are a much different age group
Complaints Complaints Complaints... I bet you are a lot of fun to be around
I’ve never had a mud room or a boot room in any house I’ve lived I and we have managed fine not to mess up the house we take our shoes off outside or we enter though the laundry but we are not Americans you seem to all have them
I ❤ it ! 🤗
So, two bedroom 1 bath? Maybe say that in the intro?
Are these walk thru designs for viewing only? How do we acquire the plans?
Definitely needs a second bathroom
Where can you buy one and how much is it ?? Yes I need a half bath in the master . Or make a master .
I am at a loss as to why a designer would only include 1 toilet in a house in 2024. If it were 1904, I’d understand. But it isn’t.
Really like the design of this house. Why is there no TV in the living room? After 40 years of living in a truck, with no TV, I would like one in the living room where I could relax and wind down before head off to sleep. Can this house be put on a foundation being the town I live in has an ordinance saying that houses have to have some kind of foundation under it, full or crawl space.
It’s just an artist’s rendering. There are no plans available.
@@MsLucyJayne there are plans available for all these house designs.

Where are these homes available to purchase? Thank you.
What is the cost, please?
Would like to buy the plans for this house. Can you advise me of this? How much?
I like everything but the mix of different doors, shaker style throughout better. Don’t like the arch curve does not go with all the straight lines everywhere. Out of place to my eye.
I'm not a big fan of tiny houses! Houses need plenty of storage areas for holiday items and comforters, sheets, towels, clothing, toiletries, etc! Also, a nice large size pantry as well as a nice size laundry room, which is large enough to house a chest freezer as well! Also, the closets in the bedrooms
are way too small and need to be walk-ins to house both husbands' and wife's clothing! Also, the bedrooms are way too small. Also, home needs to be, at least a 3 bed, two baths, which is more desirable, especially coming from a resale viewpoint! But I most definitely loved that porch area coming off that kitchen! I guess this home would be more than spacious enough for a widow or a single person!
Hey, what do you use to create these videos?

@@Mailman-c2h but what AI?
Love it, is there any way I could get the floor plan?
It’s just an artist’s rendering. There are no plans available.
That's too bad
Oh wow that's too bad!

There are never proper entry or bootroom entrances. You walk right in with dirty shoes and nowhere to hang a coat. Impractical, at best. These changes could be worked in without having to change the square footage. Just some clever rearranging.
Evidently you did not watch the video, as it had an obvious entry bench and hooks for coats, etc.
Ok. Changes I would make. Windows are too small. Larger windows in living room. No need for such a large laundry room. That glass cabinet in the kitchen should be up making more countertop space. The sunroom can be smaller to make space for the master bath to be in the master bedroom. Nix the fireplace and flip the entry way and add another bathroom or a powder room. Larger windows in the bedrooms or maybe slider window doors.

Poor use of space.
