Hey everyone Linda here, thanks for all the love.. and questions. So to clarify to everyone that was sooooo concerned about my art... to start its Japanese.. I got in a temple in Japan. It may have been upside down, it fell off the wall and the frame got smashed the day before filming.. so it was done in a hurry. Hilarious that was what stuck out to soo many people out of the whole video. Also for those asking about my couch, it is From Freedom furniture, it's a Sorrento. The coffee table I bought online. I think I Googled convertible tables .. went from there. The house was built by Tiny House Builders in KatiKati, they were outstanding to work with. Oh for the not off grid thing. It is a hose that attaches to my house, but I have a grey water system and solar.. not connected to anything else. And shed and house have provision for if I go to tank in the future...
Hello Linda from the U.S.! I just got my Tiny House delivered in Jan. And now it’s getting my utilities done and prepping the lot I bought. At this time, I was unable to invest in off grid but maybe in the future. I luv your house and the outdoor living space! You designed it perfectly for you! And I agree.. We need color to keep life cheery!! What brand of W/D combo did you get? How’s it working? I haven’t decided on a combo or stack for mine. Small garden (which hides the hitch is genius) to produce food; laundry line; instantaneous water; storage ottomans; pretty cabinet - their colors, as well as their design (contemporary); nice washer; just the right amount of art; etc; etc.... Another beautiful tiny home and totally concur with Linda with regard to a single floor. It was amusing to note that the most petite "tiny homer" has a home in which Bryce does not need to stoop in any of the rooms! 😂😂💕
This would be one of my favorite tiny homes so far! It is one of the most practical and comfortable small homes for long term living I have seen. Having it all one level makes it seem just like a small portable apartment. What I really like is how she incorporated a proper wardrobe/air con/heating and a laundry - and having the decking all portable is all so very clever. I also really like that it isn't a black exterior like so many new tiny homes - it makes it look so cute, like a Kiwi bach. Love!
The Tiny Homes keep getting better and better! The fence, manicured yard and large porch prepares you to how welcoming Linda's home is. I love the floor plan, so much storage!
The prices seem to be increasing and increasing. My jaw drops everything they say the price. They now cost half the price of a regular home in the sticks.
Absolutely gorgeous home! One of my favourites in a long time. As someone with a disability, who can't manage stairs or ladders, I'd love to see more single level tiny homes - it's so inspiring!
I would say it's perfect for a couple too - it's my one of my favourites and I've been with the channel from the start. I need everything to be on one level now. The only thing I would change is to have the bathroom between the bedroom and the the living room. I'm not keen on people needing to go through the bedroom. ❤

Yay! Someone else who is vertically challenged! I am in the process of building my own tiny home and everything is designed around my five foot even frame. No more dragging a foot stool around the kitchen!
5ft is not that short. i just saw a house that had a study desk lower than the nmicrowave that sat on a counter in a cabinet. Wishing you well and that you dont have to seel your house or have a relative move in. I have a lot of 6ft+ close relatives. my neice is 6ft7.. being tall is much more painful, literally. anyway you do you. x@@Gail-ux2ly
I love how wide the deck steps are outside! So much easier to climb when you're older. This is the best tiny home I've seen so far, this checks all the boxes for me. I live in north eastern Florida and they don't allow tiny homes here, only Central and Southern Florida do. But I hear it's coming! I want to sell my house and go Tiny!

Ever since I saw minim house 10ish years ago, I knew that when I built my house, it’d be tiny, but at least 10’ wide. The extra couple feet make such a huge difference
I have to say that this tiny house is amazing, it doesn't feel tiny at all once you get inside. Everything is perfect, the color, the furniture placing, I love the bathroom. ❤️

There are so many tiny home channels on UA-cam, but by far, this is best channel out there. Bryce is always so positive and as one commenter said, it is so nice to find a positive channel. This is a beautiful tiny home and the layout is perfect. As an older, shorter woman, I would choose this layout.

This is exactly absolutely somewhere I could live happily. It’s all perfect to my tastes and size. When I saw the fish tank on the UA-cam feed I was hooked as I love my own aquariums and fish. I am so stunned at her design. The outdoor decoration is so enticing and her selectivity of furniture and the way the has adorned everything. I am completely drawn to the interior - the home is really beyond tiny house flexibility but furnished with the opulence of her creativity. Brilliant!
One the best tiny houses you've had on the show! Of course, I wouldn't need the kitchen counter lowered so drastically since I'm 8 inches taller than the owner, and I'd want a laundry dryer but the way her bathroom is set up you could just put one on top of the washer! And she's got a shed that doubles as utilities systems holder and additional storage - make it bigger and I'd have a place for all my books and board games and woodcrafting stuff. Really, REALLY love this one! Thank you and thanks to Linda for sharing this one!
I love the layout of this house. Suits PWDs and senior citizens as well as it is on a single level. The green color facade made it more homey & cozy-looking from the outside which actually translates to the indoor vibe. Another inspiration.👍

This is the very best tiny home for a single person, that I have ever seen. Just awesome.
I would say it's perfect for a couple too - it's my one of my favourites and I've been with the channel from the start. I need everything to be on one level now. This is exactly absolutely somewhere I could live happily. It’s all perfect to my tastes and size. When I saw the fish tank on the UA-cam feed I was hooked as I love my own aquariums and fish. I will daydream about this place and location. Your little piece of land is so picturesque with nice properties either side of you. Thanks for the tour.

One the best tiny houses you've had on the show! Of course, I wouldn't need the kitchen counter lowered so drastically since I'm 8 inches taller than the owner, and I'd want a laundry dryer but the way her bathroom is set up you could just put one on top of the washer! And she's got a shed that doubles as utilities systems holder and additional storage - make it bigger and I'd have a place for all my books and board games and woodcrafting stuff. Really, REALLY love this one! Thank you and thanks to Linda for sharing this one!
Hey yeah I thought about the drier.. but uses too much power. The heater works brilliantly in winter
I love the layout of this house. Suits PWDs and senior citizens as well as it is on a single level. The green color facade made it more homey & cozy-looking from the outside which actually translates to the indoor vibe.
