If you extended the entry just a little, you'd have space for a much-needed powder room, and if you inserted a woodstove into the fireplace you wouldn't lose so much heat. The kitchen is small, and I would not have a glass door into my pantry! I love the enclosed porch/conservatory.
Very nice house, I like the laundry room, and the bathroom because I prefer a large shower, big enough for a seat, at my age tubs are difficult to get in and out of. And two bedrooms gives sleeping space for visitors.
Beautiful design! So fun to see a smaller cottage style not totally open plan, I love the entry way, too. All it needs is a narrow staircase up to a little reading nook and loft bedroom with a dormer window off to the left of the entry way - but I know that kind of thing is hard to do with building codes.
love this home - I might even build it - but would want it just a tad larger .. and maybe a garage or at least car port. the Styling and layout are really well done and better than just a weekend cabin retreat.. a Great retirement house.
I love the glassed in porch off the kitchen. It's a nice space to enjoy looking at the great outdoors but providing the needed coverage form the elements. A full covered porch off the back would be a nice touch too! It's cozy if you like small spaces! I perfer a more open floor plan, don't like the closed off kitchen area! it is cute though!
The cabin I loved had this same front, but totally different floor plan. Please...can you post again, I can't find it! The fireplace was on front wall, right side of house was living room, open to kitchen next with grey cupboards, then back sun room. As you came in front door, living room to right, to left was hall, 2 bedrooms and bath. It was perfect for me. Please...how can I find it?
Nice. You listened to our recent comments and produced a comfortable, livable home for one or two people. A longer counter space in the kitchen would make it perfect...either by shrinking the conservatory door, or shifting the stove towards the fridge (if that meets code). I would tone down the tile floors, but that is all cosmetic and personal taste. The roof pitch and clerestory windows may not work in places with deep snow, but I like the nod to MidCentury Modern architecture.
These houses are obviously not real and definitely computer generated, but the ideas and layouts of them are nice. I suppose if you showed this to an architect or builder they could recreate it into reality. I can’t tell if these are for the house design or for the interior design, but they are inspiring!
I don't care for the floor tiles colors, and I don't like the green walls in the bedrooms. It needs a little pop of color somewhere, but Idk where. Maybe pillow or something. The paintings are drab too.
I really do not get the point of these videos. They just run you through a finished, and furnished house, describing nothing, and neither providing a link where you might get plans for it, and on top of that, it plays disturbing elevator music you have to turn off to bear watching it. I would call these split gables, having much better lines than the all too plane gable....potential.
I would change the doors to the screened porch to a single door in order to extend the kitchen cabinet & accommodate a dishwasher & a bigger sink.

I love that your designs include a screened in living space! Absolutely essential.
I love this home. No wasted space. ❤
Thank you!! 😊
It needs a half bath perhaps at a slightly extended entry. Lovely house.
Nice layout and love the laundry room. I like a large laundry room, instead of washer and drier in a closet.
Love that screened porch off of the kitchen!

Adorable small home, I like the exterior and interior, very cozy.for a 1248 sq ft plan.
Beautifully designed!
Thank you!! 😊

❤😊belle et fonctionnelle chaleureuse. ❤❤❤
Love the home and really love that glass pantry door! I would want the back porch to have less windows so that I could have more solid wall space.
Never less windows!
Love it so cozy.

Çok güzel bir ev
Very nice! What a great lake house this would be. How about bookcases on either side of the fireplace, and lamps to read by?
How about no fireplace?
Beautiful design ! ❤
Lovely space. Needs bathtub shower combo.
Very cute
❤❤❤
I live in a less than 1000 sq ft home and have discovered that having the same flooring in the same colour in all rooms makes the space feel larger.
Super ❤
Amé la cocina y su sala cer ana a está... ame esté proyecto....❤❤❤ sólo regresé para decir que es ahora mi grn sueño...
Thank you! Yay, I am so happy to hear that!! ❤❤❤
What about a garage or carport?

I need more info on getting a house like this built plz
What is with the ugly black and white tile paired w beautiful hard wood floors? Ditch the floor tile!
Lovely house but I think it needs a second bathroom next to the second bedroom.
I would need an enclosed garage.
These houses are exactly what my husband and I are looking for... can you help us with a link or some guidance of where to find them?
Only one bathroom?
Why is there no curtains in any room?
Preciosa para entrar a vivir
❤❤❤
Yes, a beautiful house. No furnace or air conditioning and not hot water heater. I cannot imagine how anyone could actually LIVE in it.
Computer generated images
Closet in laundry room would be for these essentials
They are AI houses. They aren’t real.
I still like looking at concept drawings and blueprints.
The shopping list of contents is given however. I can’t find the starting price for the actual houses though.
...but they could be! 🙂
@@parkfor3906these are concepts. You'll need to consult an architect and builder for price estimates in your area.
Duh!

😍
Cost?
I look for high ceilings,I have to stretch
Nice house, but not really a horse decor fan
I would change the wall & floor tile and make it less dramatic & the leaf decor, yuck! I like simple, other than that everything is beautiful
Small?!??
My, two story, house is 25'x18'
Well 42 seconds into it and I can't find a price so goodbye
1000 square ft. is not that small!
