      Brother I know noida extension is good option but property price is high, better eye for another option raj nagar extension. Coz connectivity is also better..

    Sir aapke kahne se humne 1 saal pahle sec-2 greater noida west me plot nahi liya tha aapne kaha over priced h. us time 1cr me mil raha tha aur aaj 2cr me bhi koi dene ko taiyar nahi h.

      Raj nagar extension is good option then.... Coz road network is good... Along with international cricket stadium.. And due to this, many big players (real estate) already bought land. This will bring collateral increase... Even freeholds are up there

      नहीं, ऐसे भड़े हुए मार्किट में यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे पर प्रॉपर्टी खरीदने में कोई समझदारी नहीं। आप चाहें तो अथॉरिटी की स्कीम में अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।

      Mehra saab, self use ke liye bhi priority dekhiye... Kyunki agar aap gurgaon me job ya business krte hain to raj nagar extension se jldi phunch jate ho.... Plus rate comparativsly ssta hai and 4 expressway waha se jaye hain... And an international cricket stadium too

    Sir greater noida ke sector omicron, sigma etc houses ka rate ab kabhi kam honge ya nahi, apne pahle nahi lene ko kaha tha mene nahi liya, ab 3x rate ho chuke hai, kya karein..

Builder next yr ka promise to kar raha hai lekin uski market position ka pata nahi chal raha hai. Samridhi lux avenue ph1 ka possesion to offer kar raha hai lekin oc nahi hai. Aap thoda bataiye kuch

      Don't buy builder's villa property, which is not having RERA. These are free hold plots which is illegal in Noida and Greater Noida region.

      Agar aapne farm house ka video nahin dekha hai to dubaara dekho, bina dekhe bakaas karne ki jaroorat nahin. Main usmein clearly bataya hai ki aap farm house mein illegal activity karenge to sahi nahin hai. Har koi farm house lekar agar pakki construction karega to farm houses totegein hi. Aur aap se ye kisne kaha ki sab par bulldozer chal gaye. Keval 10-20 Farm par chale hain aur Farm House 2000 se jyada hain. Sharam to aapko aani chahiye kyonki jhoot aap bol rahe ho.

      Kyonki Brokers bhi aap wahi choose karte ho jo aapko sasta dikha kar property dete hain, Cusomters hamesha 2 brokers ka price comparison karta hai aur jo sasta hota hai bus usi se property le leta hai, jo ki galat hai, aise brokers hi call pick nahin karte.

      Bilkul sahi hai. Mein Bhi 2019 se property price observe karte karte 2021 mein le li. Aur ab yahan 20 lakh (actual sale price) ka price jump dekha mene 1-1.5 saal mein. Property ke haal to wohi hai.. Samasaye vahi hai...
