He like elders, he had alot alot alot of friends who were elders, elizabeth taylor and diana ross were just one exemple (he make friends once with walt disney nurse a woman on her 80s or 70s and he on his 30s, he would go to her house, watch movies with her and sleep there, he adore her) and he like kids because kids werent be impress with him, treat him like a normal person. He had alot of comedian friends as well, because were people who make him laugh and have fun. The marjority of the kids that he appear with were kids of his foundation. Get it? Michael was about be with people who made him feel confortable. And he had friends of all ages, but he liked especially of elders (mostly elder woman) and children, because it was the ones that he saw as realist, genuine and most good.
This whole interview is about THEM as men and there lack of confidence to be around anyone underage, why is he saying 'he feels like a creep' when he's around a lot of young girls very strange again not confident maybe that's partly due to today society everyone is scared to be accused, for michael to have been accused and still carrying on as normal shows you how confident he was he didn't have those kind of feeling towards kids, maybe with these two men it might 'touch a nerve' as they say, but I do agree that it didn't look right to some and could easily be misinterpreted as something else but if you don't think that way and why would you if you are doing nothing wrong, you carry on.
