What have we seen from Enzo Fernandez in the premier league for him to be the 34 on this list… Genuine question lads. Considering Paqueta hasn’t made the list!
As a Villa fan that makes me appreciate Emery even more, the man must be a genius to finish 4th with not one outfield player in the top 30 and only one in the top 50.
Trent is so overrated. Have people forgotten a large part of most teams tactics revolve around to attack Trents side whenever they play Liverpool? Hes a great player but he is so glazed.
The Konate v Stones debate is interesting, Konate is the guy every team goes after due to VVD being the other defender and TAA being on his right, and he does a great job there. Stones I think is a much better on the ball player but not better defending. Still think stones should be a few points above Konate and let’s not start on Dunk.
I mean, he's one of the best midfielders in the league, and also absolutely pivotal to Newcastle. Everything Newcastle does goes through Bruno, and without him the team completely collapses. He's absolutely more important to his team, and thats a HEAVY part of their judgement in this. As to directly comparing their ability, it's a stupid comparison as Bruno G is a holding midfielder, whereas Bernado plays most of his games as a more attacking player or even winger.
I think Anthony Gordon deserved a mention, considering Liverpool were about to spend 75,000,000 pounds on him while players like Jota and Diaz are at the club. Also, I think Jared Bowen deserved a shout.
I've always said if Messi was just not allowed to score goals he would be Bernardo Silva. Based on technical ability and intelligence he's basically the best in the league, he just doesn't produce output like KDB cos that's not his game. Impacts matches via lots of small moments of quality rather than one big one.
that's not true at all. Messi had much better vision, quality and variety of pass than Silva has ever had. And that's if you want to ignore the 'flashy' kinds of passes that Messi can play. His dribbling, strength, pace, leadership, all above b.silva.
@@arvin9425 yeah of course, I'm not saying Silva's as good as Messi at these things. @@bencarter3920 tactical intelligence part maybe, but as for everything else I think hazard is a better comparison to Messi. What I will say is that b.silva's frame and the way he runs and dribbles with the ball looks similar to messi

Something I've observed with people talking about Erling Haaland is that he is very much placed in a box of ''He scores a ton of goals, that's what he does, let's move on''. There really isn't much else said. That speaks to his ability but also to an unwillingness to actually discuss what he does in depth (even in long for content like podcasts). I don't really know why.
it is 100% due to how they play, but Martinelli would be so much better for Liverpool just as Jota would be so much better for Arsenal. they should have been switched from the start, both would have had much better careers.
Rate Dunk!!!!!! I’m not saying he’s better than Stones but he is a great partner and teacher as a CB. He’s a great passer and extremely physical - particularly in the way he sacrifices his body. He does make mistakes but overall he’s a very well rounded CB. I think because he’s really only ever played at Brighton, people underestimate him as a player and laugh at him. Don’t fall into that trap.
Football is a game of opinions, and opinions are subjective. Even in the football world, managers might dislike players you think are good because they dont fit the style of play.
Van dijk and Saliba should be higher. Both should be top 5. Those two and Rodri can change their teams seasons if they get injured for 5 or more games. They are irreplaceable for their respective teams.

Should start watching the prem then
One of the best players in the league
@@joerandom7877ahead of bruno😂😂😂😂😂 or even palmer😂😂😂
How everyone in the studio chose Saliba ahead of Van Dijk essentially shows he’s rated above Van Dijk now amongst Premier League fans.
This is not based on anything else other than Saliba is the newer shinier toy and you’re tired of the old one, even if the old one is not worse in comparisson in any metric and probably even better (*cough cough* aerial duels volume and success rate).
I guess we’ll see how this season goes for both of them.
How was KDB not in anyone’s top 5 at the end
Mo Salah should be second and only to Rodri especially ahead of Phil who cant play without pep micro managing him
How is jota so low?
Because he's a fantastic player, his goalscoring record speaks for itself
KDB better than Trent.
Where was Anthony Gordon who was the best LW last season?
sorry, are you saying he was the best LW in the prem LAST SEASON?!
@@ricoe2394 name an another left winger who was better than him last season kindly
Son

odegaard better than foden? Hilarious. How many big moments does Odegaard have in important fixtures? Foden had several just last season alone.
Best 5 players in the premier league:
Casemiro
KDB
Haaland
Salah
Rodri
Most important 5 players in the premier league:
Haaland
Rodri
Salah
Bernardo Silva
Palmer
Honorable mention: Vardy
Did you just say Casemiro
@@Mcbikey24 Show me anyone else in the Premier League who has 5 UCL titles
@@DeathTheKid4 how does that matter here that was a long time ago he’s washed now. And if trophies are your main thing how do you include Salah over let’s say Bernardo Silva or Foden
@@Mcbikey24 It matters because that's what it means to be the best and he was the best CDM for like half of a decade. Now it's Rodri. As for why I picked Salah, because I already picked 3 City players who I consider the best City players and Salah has been the best player in the premier league playing for another team in the past decade. Won everything with Liverpool while being the main player.
@@DeathTheKid4 I am not saying Casemiro didn’t use to be really good, but he isn’t anymore which is what the list is based on, and I agree Salah should be in I was just saying if you are basing it on trophies he wouldn’t be
I think Dunk is in the list because over the last 7 seasons he has been one of the best and most consistent defenders in the Premier League.
Over the last 7 seasons John Stones has won 6 Premier League titles, the Champions League and two FA Cups.
This list is wild. Not the top 20, but the bottom 30. The top 20 felt thoughtful, the bottom 30 felt like, “Royt lads, owr we gunna fit in ‘big 6’ players?” 😂😂
There’s not a more impactful player on the pitch on world football than Mo salah
How is KDB not top 3
Micky van de Ven is so important to Tottenham and the way they play. He should be here.
What have we seen from Enzo Fernandez in the premier league for him to be the 34 on this list… Genuine question lads. Considering Paqueta hasn’t made the list!
Look at the stats if you don't wat h him
Saka over salah & saliba over van Dijk 💀💀 you guys never learn
Are you a Liverpool fan by any chance lol
As a Villa fan that makes me appreciate Emery even more, the man must be a genius to finish 4th with not one outfield player in the top 30 and only one in the top 50.
Trent is so overrated. Have people forgotten a large part of most teams tactics revolve around to attack Trents side whenever they play Liverpool?
Hes a great player but he is so glazed.
As a Spurs fan, Van de Ven is among the top five most important players, and we saw it on full display last season.
romero is currently better then vdv though silly.. c'mon.
hang on ....... Dunk, Martinelli, Enzo, Mbeumo, Martinez, Grealish and Havertz..... but not Kudus or Paqueta???
The Konate v Stones debate is interesting, Konate is the guy every team goes after due to VVD being the other defender and TAA being on his right, and he does a great job there. Stones I think is a much better on the ball player but not better defending. Still think stones should be a few points above Konate and let’s not start on Dunk.
Bruno Guimaraes above Bernardo? I am seriously angry
Martinelli at 17th is mental, and undermines this channels capability to assess 😂
Mbuemo and Martinelli being above Watkins is absolute lunacy
I've always said if Messi was just not allowed to score goals he would be Bernardo Silva. Based on technical ability and intelligence he's basically the best in the league, he just doesn't produce output like KDB cos that's not his game. Impacts matches via lots of small moments of quality rather than one big one.
Horrific take Bernardo Silva is the most overrated player in the league, he just likes to dribble and pass back
that's not true at all. Messi had much better vision, quality and variety of pass than Silva has ever had. And that's if you want to ignore the 'flashy' kinds of passes that Messi can play. His dribbling, strength, pace, leadership, all above b.silva.
Please don’t ever say this again
@@arvin9425 yeah of course, I'm not saying Silva's as good as Messi at these things. Messi was way more explosive, better ball carrier, better passer, etc. I'm comparing them as profiles- Silva has the same kind of technical prowess in small spaces as well as the tactical intelligence that Messi learnt under Pep.
@@bencarter3920 tactical intelligence part maybe, but as for everything else I think hazard is a better comparison to Messi. What I will say is that b.silva's frame and the way he runs and dribbles with the ball looks similar to messi
Son should be top 15, Bruno(Fernandez) should be top 10 would be everyone’s fav play on Man City/Arsenal and Martinez should be around 30.
Alisson and Son in 20th and 21st is wild💀 Watkins way too low, and Dunk ahead of Stones and Konate, mental
The disrespect to Salah is disgraceful. He’s literally one of the greatest players of all time, his stats speak loud enough, and you’re taking saka over him 😅
Enzo Fernandez and Martinelli should be nowhere near this list at all. Both are terrible.
Lets have a chat about the Heung Min Son disrespect
I saw Son behind Martineli and closed the video
Isak at 31 is scandalous plus where is Joelinton?
Gordon for me
Joelinton is there suplexing someone
Anybody who says they’d take Saka in their team over Salah shouldn’t be taken seriously when discussing football
This needs to be renamed 'Top 50 players from the rich 6' because that's what it is
I am obviously an Arsenal fan but I'm so very sorry, 1 minute into the video, how is Doku better than Maddison
and you must admit martinelli being better then son is outrageous please admit to me that. grealish was way too high doku is just as good as a winger already
@@roboticvenom1935 I already seconded that comment from before
Something I've observed with people talking about Erling Haaland is that he is very much placed in a box of ''He scores a ton of goals, that's what he does, let's move on''. There really isn't much else said. That speaks to his ability but also to an unwillingness to actually discuss what he does in depth (even in long for content like podcasts). I don't really know why.
Same this salah. People say they dont rate him bevause hes a goal merchant and only scores goals xD
No Jarrod Bowen in this list is criminal😮
Mac Allister in the high 20's is mad
This season will show even the slow ones that Haaland is more important than Rodri.
There are some stinkers on the list but what an absolutely delightful trio to talk through this madness of the list
it is 100% due to how they play, but Martinelli would be so much better for Liverpool just as Jota would be so much better for Arsenal. they should have been switched from the start, both would have had much better careers.
Havertz has the 2nd most non penalty contributions in the legaue this year
Hiltico is the worst person medling in other clubs matters
Isak at 31 is insane. Trippier being 8 places above him is even worse. And i like Trippier
I love dunk but he shouldn’t be in this list especially not ahead of stones and konate 😂
No link to the article in the description
Van dijk and Saliba should be higher. Both should be top 5. Those two and Rodri can change their teams seasons if they get injured for 5 or more games. They are irreplaceable for their respective teams.
"What a recovery arc" The man literally won us the CL. Any person who watches football can see he is silky as shit.
Straight off the bat Jota and Maddison should be higher. Enzo Fernandez, Luiz Diaz and Martinelli too high for me. Also Paqueta and Anthony Gordon big omissions to me!
Trossard over jota? Jesus christ.
Can see the bias when the majority put Saka over Salah. Saka's best G+A total is less than Salah's worst
last season salah had a 'bad season' with 18 goals and 10 assists... Saka, who is 'better than salah' had 16 goals and 8 assists. Salah had a better season and i would say, equal importance. I think it's because salah is african and Saka is english
no kudus?
Tottenham fan picking vdv and maddison over Son as his 2 fit all season essential players is gross🤢🤢 he’s so underrated but i didn’t think he would be by his own fans. One of my favourite players.
