Thanks for this beautiful meditation. I didn't know the phrase about not harboring thoughts, thanks for sharing it. It has brought me peace and guidance.
New years morning what a way to start.Had a little uneasiness when I woke up then after watching this video remembered everything arises in awareness & the peace is back its ALWAYS there, thankyou Sunny💓🙏
Thank you so so much. Currently reading his book "I am that". And after listening to you it became more clearer and could resonate more with his teachings. You are doing a great work. Keep doing it and keep shining the light of awareness to everyone 🤗💛
How do you create your own reality (which means focusing on what you want therefore using mind and thoughts) if you’re not thinking (which is what ‘being’ means as far as I understand)? Or how do you know your ´actions’ are a result of awareness rather than ´story’ and mind ?
Hey Sunny. I fell off the wagon for a few days and chose alcohol as a quick fix. Ughhhh! I'm trying not to judge myself. Thank you so much for showing up day after day!! Namaste 🙏💕💕💕💕🎨
I ve herd in one of discourses of osho that buddha said that f love yourself first and then watch...It seems to be quite logical to me...Have paid any attention on this? Particularly self love aspect.please guide..thank u🙏
I am really struggling with understanding where to put my focus at, because some people say i should put my attention on my feelings when they arrise and some (like you, in this video) say i should focus on the Ankers. Thats whats always really confusing me. When im meditating(or also when i am not), and a feeling pops up. What do i do ? Do i focus on the Ankers or do i put my focus on the feeling. Because everyone says that i need to feel feelings when they arrise. I am so confused please help me out.
During sit down meditation, sit with the anchor. During the day however when emotions arise, feel into them fully without resistance. If you wish, during those difficult times you can even sit down with eyes closed and practice feeling into them fully, observing them without judgement. It’s very simple :)
I see you saying «be aware og being aware», but I dont find «me» in the dark blanknes. When I Get into the «meditative state» where I see/feel the distanse between me and the mind, in this place I feel very light and almost not human anymore. Should I be aware of this? Is that to be aware of being aware? Or most likely «I» am aware of that too so it cant be that...😅it is just hard to feel/ or point out what «me» is
@@wrld-sn3cu who is the "me" that will be led to it? The point of this practice is to see that the self is not objective. It has no objective qualities. It does not exist within the limits of time and space. Yet it is what you are, here and now; the one that is looking. Abide as that. And your understanding of yourself will become subtler and subtler.
@@selfinquiryschool yes that it has no objective is what makes it so hard to know if I have the awareness on me or not. Feels like I never Get There Even tho it should be simple. But how can I be aware of myself, when You have said that «I» can not know myself, only what I am aware of. Or am I misunderstanding You?

Hi sunny. Thanks for your videos. How many hours can we meditate in the day ? The average.
30mins to an hour should be okay. but live in self-remembrance, self awareness. The rest will take care of itself
Please make videos on Gurdjieff's teaching also.

Even tho I dont Get it yet, will searching in the darknes over time lead to «me»?
