- Simply put this has to be one of the greatest battles of Mount And Blade 2 Bannerlord I have ever fought. Everything just fell into place from the backstory to the battle itself having the fate of the campaign resting on its shoulders. Honestly, this is why I love Mount and Blade 2 bannerlord!

Most annyoing thing with this game is, that every new patch 99% of mods stop working and you have to play 12 month old versions of the game for mods.
Brother the game hasn't been updated in 11 months xD

yeah the mod creators hate it also cause WHY TALEWORLD DEVS! Why you do this! Just support your modding community!
I literally guarantee you any mod that matters is currently updated to the latest patch. The game hasn’t updated in a long ass while either so.
To answer your initial question, this already happened in M&B Warband.
I played an overhaul-mod, forgot which one but archers could fire volleys and in battles there was an actual ai working against you. Not a real ai mind you but like real good battle ai.
We had to attack uphill, it was raining, shields raised. I chose to advance in formation to have protection rather than speed. Volley after volley of arrows came down around me, the soundscape of it all, men getting hit, shields catching arrows or one drilling into the ground right next to me. It was the most intense battle i ever experienced in a game.
Or riding down the front of my 1000+ men of Prussian line infantry in L' Aigle.^^
I would love to see a Conan mod based on the Robert E. Howard Hyborian Age
i bought this game years ago and im patiantly waiting for the mods to be fully developed and out so i can enjoy the real MOUNT AND BLADE experience
That total war command mode I found really takes away the fun from the battle, no general ever had that ability, you had to give orders properly by voice and only reference what you can see. You remove some of the chaos elements.
I switched back to normal commands. Also, it feels a bit like cheating.
Agree... Its my favorite game from all times, with mods it is inmortal.
I mean Warband, launched in 2011 if i remember right, is still being played by a lot of people

Were my soldiers stronger then normal yes (Small Squad Vanguard Mod)
Eagle Rising just formed my own kingdom. Had 400 men in a city against about 1800. Pulled my 60 companions back to a choke point formed a shield wall and waited for them to come. Come they did. By the end of the battle there were about 20 of us standing and about 1500 of them dead at our feet. My kingdom survived and thrived after that point.
I have a problem with eagle rising + diplomacy that kingdoms are not declaring wars on each other. They were in wars from the beginning, but in a midgame when I got my own kingdom the stopped fighting. I disabled diplomacy but nothing changed. Does anybody know how to fix that?
It could be a load order issue. Maybe try switching ER-Diplomacy in the order and see if that helps. However keep in mind I have never used the Roman mod and am only speculating
I just wish these mods could finish already, no mod has come close to the depth of Warband. yes everything looks pretty and nice, but I want to fight for Caesar, not just play Vanilla with a reskin.
Blame Talewords for the minimal modding capabilities they’ve released thus far. And the full scale conversion mods that you want are multi year projects anyway.

damn this was one hell of a battle
my biggest problem is that the game still doesn't feel finished, i love starting a new game but the endgame.......... damn it's boring.
The enemy is besieging our city with 2000 people, we have 800 people in the city, two of our armies are approaching with 700 and 800 people, but instead of helping the city, they decide to travel 4 in game days to the south to besiege a castle there -.-
If you don't rule the kingdom yourself, “new, defeated” clans are rarely recruited and so it becomes increasingly difficult to hold all the fronts.
Nevertheless, I'm always ready to start the game over again and the modding scene is really incredible
Big battle,youve got to stop moving your infantry into formations while their engaged jackie.
I was playing with RBM, a vassal of Asarai against the S Empire, I got two close to a battle that was outnumbered 4-1. I won the battle by playing as the vanguard, my entire army was wiped out but took a chunk of their’s and their morale was low from marching to the other side of the map. My max level troops won the battle on a epic Calvary charge.
HOWWWWW do you get the RTS Camera to work?! I’ve tried so many times 😂
talesworld must make a dlc with eagles rising moders mappers it will be one of the best dlc's with improvements ever in game world
Oh man thats cool, i almost got some battles like that but everytime the reinforcement system kinda destroyed all my strategy because like send some infantary to my archer regiment

"That one battle" over and over and over and over and over again. "That one crash" hour after hour after hour after hour. "Thsi great mod" can't be played by non pc players.. this game is horrible, nothing cant beat this game. Nothing can beat its mods.
