PR & CL we’re my favorite group in the early 90s. White kid who loved hip hop. I was obsessed with PR & CL. It’s not a game is one of the greatest hip hop B sides ever
The thumbnail image is really telling. They were praying to the Creator TOGETHER. Very dope because that SAME energy probably produced the CHEMISTRY and the great body of work. I never worshipped with any artist I ever worked with.

When I listen to this now and hear cl put a woman really high on a pedestal I see where I went wrong. Even if CL may have been more multifaceted than me. If I repetitiously play some of these songs I won't focus on my own self esteem and me leading rather I would focus on her leading me or her being the prize.
All the love songs and movies we grew up with warped our minds and had us putting women on a pedestal. If you didn't have a certain type of male in your life to set you straight, you fell victim.
Big LeBAUSki yeah, Malcolm is my ultimate style icon. Lol. Yo, check my playlist on my UA-cam profile, Hispanic Rap/ French rap & Americsn Rap. Greetings from México.
Lmao...Dam the rap God's have to let this album happen this long over due for real ..Real hip hop fans stand up we have to press these dude.If you feel me holla back let get down to business....Two fingers one word Mecca. ..
I know it's cliche to fawn over 90s hip hop but it's seriously some of the best music ever made. This is why.
this is true. it's iconic and historically important. So beautiful and so on point
@@scienzAnd sonically just incomparibly crisp
Cliche to "fawn" over 90's hip hop?? No it isn't, this shit created everything that exists today.
Doubtless 👍
All of this is true. Nothing like that analog sound. Aaaaand I can’t wait till the Pete Rock/ Common album drops 😳
Would've been just two yrs old when this released, and I still reminisce 🙂↕️

Bob JAMES and JAMES brown both in the mix on "take you there" is what I love about hip hop.
