- VIA Rail's roster tends to mostly consist of P42s, F40s, and Chargers. One locomotive you probably don't remember often is the yard switchers, those being 4 SW1000s that once operated across VIA's main yards. Which one is left in service? We'll see the history of these switchers that work behind-the-scenes of our Canadian passenger rail company.

I like how these special units look, but via’s RS-10’s will always hold a special place in my heart
202 is still in service
I'm glad it is!
This is quite an informative video! I didn't know only _one_ SW1000 on Via Rail is still in use. However, that one is very important for maintaining the rest of the Via Rail fleet!
Thanks for the information!
The next BSO episode should definitely be of BNSF 178
I like when CUP uploads
If we can submit sets of engines, I'd love to see an Oddities on the two GE SL-136s. Built in 1978, CNW bought both demonstrators, they shuffled around on CNW before being bought by BN, and subsequently sold off again. Both are still around, and one seems to be in service.
You can see 202 with eaze from a REM train
Lucky I live there
Nice video cowl unit productions my favorite cowl unit is 4618
Question, could you do CN rebuild “GS14-a”(I think that’s what they are.) I got info on where two are right now.

Whats fun is, for 202 a memeber of the quélug lego group made it in lego, and I now own this one of a kind MOC.
