Good morning I’m a private investigator in the Detroit area. What license plate location services would you recommend that I use to find people hiding their vehicles
Great question. We recommend DRN direct or using TLO to get access. Same search. One is direct and the other is through TLO which is easier if you already have an account. Thanks.

I’m being stalked. If I get a drivers license and vehicle in Georgia, could a PI find my address? Could a nefarious police officer? These people have connections with police. The reason I ask about Georgia is bc they don’t have interstate compact and they don’t share with national registry of motor vehicles…
Thank you for your message. There are tools available to obtain this kind of information, but at this point there wouldn’t be a permissible reason to run those searches.
@@Santoniworldwide If someone did, they would have to actually contact the DMV and have a valid reason and there would be a record of it, right?

We can get registered owners of vehicles from plate or VIN and we can run driving records. What do you need?

Tim Santoni what can a pi look at in Alabama in the DMV I read something’s but I want make sure I am right it says you need a pi license I think business licenses to but I am not sure ?
My grandpa donated his 1994 Mazda MPV as of April 20, 2017. The car was sent to iaai in north Hollywood California where it was not sold till late 2017. Since then I have been contemplating if I should go and purchase the vehicle back. But as of now it seems to be gone. The vehicle has so much sentimental value and I would hope to get help to possibly see who owns the vehicle now to potentially try and purchase so I can bring it back. Would a private investigator help me to achieve this goal?

If you have the VIN that can be run through DMV to determine who the current register owners are. You would then need to locate the owner.

Do Private investigators have access for an old dmv license photo with just a name and approx year of birth?
Kathy, the rules vary from state to state. In California license photos are not available to private investigators. What state do you believe the subject lives in?

Was curious if that was even a lookup a investigator could do but doesn't seem so? biological father search I am planning soon to do an ancestry DNA test soon. I am hopeful that something would pop up as far as his side of his family. Thanks for your reply.

@@Santoniworldwide well, should have grilled my bio mother more darn it ha. His name is Howard Clark born between 1935 to 1936 was in the Los Angeles area in 1967 (obviously hence me) brown hair and tall lol I will order the DNA test as I think that is the last option . Thanks again
