  • Here we look at why Hamilton explained in Federalist 78 that the judicial branch would be the weakest of the 3 branches of government. We look at a case study of Brown v Board of Ed, and just how long it took to desegregate schools, and how the legislative and executive branches ultimately needed to become involved for its enforcement.
