The Patek Philippe Grand Complications Celestial 5102G-001 has a white gold case surrounding a blue dial on a black crocodile strap with a 18k white gold tang buckle. Functions include hours, minutes, moon phase and astronomic display. The watch's measurements are 43.1mm in case size not including crowns, 9.9mm in thickness, and 52mm from lug-to-lug.

What a coincidence! I was just looking at the Accurist celestial watch, thinking man oh man if only... and then you show it!
The ACCURIST shows much more details, and can used for some measurements, THIS is just a showy display watch... the DISPLAY accuracy is not as great as this one. but the ACCURIST is USD160 bucks.
It does not get any more romantic than this.
