I bet if you're from Egypt & sleep on a bed of nails, leakage is a real problem.
No review for secure plus x. by far the best bang for the buck I have found. This is my go to so I would like to see a review so I can see where other diapers compare to it. It is just a thicker more absorbent version of this brief I believe.

yes, it is very thin!
@@RealWorldIncontinence I cannot imagine that it would provide much in the way of side leakage protection. For that, I imagine you'd need to wear plastic pants on over them, and then have a plastic cover for your mattress.
Many disposable products do not do well in our side sleeper tests, Based on the tests we found that is not a product we can recommend use for overnight use unless you have moderate incontinence . this product is best used for daytime use.
This is actually a really good diaper for the price.
I agree it is a great product for the price! , certainly better than products found in a store! I do believe they missed the mark on naming the product
