I bought my first case of size 7 Pampers diapers. I use them a doubler with my Tranquility ATN Diaper. They work well. I'm diapered 24/7. They get the job done I use plastic pants as well.
for a long time more development went into making the child diapers more effective but things are changing... the newer adult products are making good strides in catching up to the development.

Wearing any type of diaper under normal underwear keeps them close to the body and might prevent leaks. Could you try this out?
