These are quite a good diaper. I can not worry for at least 7 or more probably up to 9hours..They are a little bit more noticeable than other diapers a little harder to hide under clothing. The landing zone is excellent for the tapes. I always wear a plastic pans with any of the other diaper brands that I use. Better dry/Abena X plus/dry 24 /7 so leaking is never a problem any leaks will just be contained by the plastic pants. Definitely a good diaper except it is kind of expensive. But excellent for heavy incontinence and I have an overactive bladder that is just quite troublesome.

Would you consider doing a review of the Seni Super and Seni Super Plus briefs? I know you've done a review of the Seni Quatro which is the highest absorbancy in their line, but I've heard the other more affordable briefs in their lineup are also high capacity.

that is another product we plan on testing, we have a VERY long list and more products to test then time. We are just finishing up our testing of the Seni Active Super Pull-Up.

Anatomy can play a huge part in how well a product works too, body type, and ultimately reproductive parts as well. All has to do with the fit. For example and I seriously mean this in a professional medical manner, a penis will usually create a little more bulk in the diaper. Which effects the fit, which will effect leaks. Also effects how it absorbs. Because theres a little more gap it gives the diaper more time to absorb the urine. On a women this issue is not present as the diaper is pressed right up against the women's groin and the urine is being absorbed immediately. And it gives a better fit less likely to have leaks as well. A larger person may also be more likely to experience leaks as well as the fit might not be as snug as someone who's thinner. Many factors with different products. And quite frankly I've heard some people say one thing about one diaper but it's totally different for someone else. All about finding the right product for you. Each one isnt for everyone

It is very true that each product will work and fit differently for each person! we recommend trying a product at home for a few days before you go out in public once you can trust that the product will work for YOU.

@@RealWorldIncontinence exactly. Personally the tena slip maxi active fits work well for me, fit well, comfortable and never a problem with leaks. Honestly the ABDL diapers are the ones I've had the most trouble with as they're really only designed for "play time". Not practicality. Not in the rearz though.

Your test don’t test real life, the output tube is to high. Put it more between the legs. Your test describes a male up(and a small one). Look at human anatomy, and fix the out flow tube

The output of both of our stand-ins are placed between where male anatomy (pointing down) and female anatomy can be represented, Each human body is different and male anatomy and female anatomy differs, we set the stand-ins output to best represent as many possibilities as possible but can't simulate them all.

How I see the tube. It’s were the BASE of the penis starts on the male body. When I wet the bed, my diaper is almost never filled in the front, but always the back. I appreciate your content and reviews, but I still think the tube has to be lower.

if you watch the lying down tests in our videos 90% of the time the fluid runs into the back of the padding just like you describe and most often eventually leak in the back, however, some products wick fluid throughout the brief. we have also found that fluid tends to run multiple directions from test to test. One test the fluid will run into the back of the brief and the next test the fluid will fill more of the front and leak down the sides. it varies from test to test and product to product. thank you for your comment and for watching!

Does Rearz sell sex toys? Because I checked the online store like two years ago, and I never went back

the Rearz website is more ABDL related and caters to that lifestyle segment, it does have a few sexual items but not many (Amazon is the #1 sex toy seller in the world). ABDL is not necessarily a sexual lifestyle but can be. the Inspire line of diapers is a product that is designed to cater to all Diaper related uses and a good performer in our testing.
Real World Incontinence is ABDL aware and friendly but our focus is solely on Incontinence.
