Nordic Ware is by far the superior baking pan. I can always depend on any pan I use; beautiful designs; quality product. Keep up the good work - it is sincerely appreciated by this home baker.
Someday I hope to visit the Nordic Ware factory and store and take a tour and a class. You truly are a remarkable American company in so many ways. I have collected many of your wonderful pans, and I will continue to happily do so.
I love some of the Nordic Ware bundt pans but let me be honest...Most of those bundt pans do not accommodate recipes for old fashion type pound cakes. The bundt pans, such as the Party Bundt cake pan and the Heritage Bundt cake pan are nice bundt pans to use for average size pound cakes. But for those old fashion pound cake recipes ( pound cakes like the cream cheese pound cake) which require lots of ingredients, neither of those two pans will work- unless you want your cake batter to be burning in the bottom of your oven. Those two pans should have the same cup capacity as the Nordic Ware Pound Cake Pan, and the Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt Pan. They can easily accommodate 15-18 cup capacity recipes....! So until Nordic Ware increase the capacity of those two pans I'll hold off on purchasing on...!
I was fortunate to have Nordic Ware as a shipping automation customer many years ago when I worked for DHL. I enjoyed going to the factory and then the store afterwards knowing I’d probably come home with a beautiful new item for the kitchen.
My Nordic Ware rice cooker is used nearly every day... Chicken and rice, chop suey, beef broccoli, stuffed peppers... not to mention the steamed carrots, steamed cabbage, steamed string beans, etc... the flavor of steamed veggies in infused back into the veggie... I love this rice cooker.
