I love Nordic Ware. I have been baking with it for several years. The gingerbread house Bundt pan is one of my favorites, but I also love the cupcake pans for example, the snowflakes and the tombstones I use them mostly for cornbread. It makes it nice addition to a meal in the fall I have tombstone cornbread, and of course, for the holiday season and Christmas and into the winter snowflake shaped cornbread

By dark cocoa powder, I think you mean Dutch process. Please sample your dish on the video to show us how it looks and tastes. When using any aerosol can, always hold it upright or it won't spray correctly. When I do this, I just take the pan and can into the backyard and spray away, holding the can upright and tilting the pan to get all the corners.

Love this productl. I dont like dirtying dishes. I crack the eggs directly into the little cups, piece the egg yolks, and then cook as this video shows. Add cheese after cooked. Wonderful!

Bought a set of cookware recently when our old commercial pans finally wore out. I was looking for something American manufactured and looked at several brands. I was reticent about purchasing Nordic at first since the price point was lower than others-but I kept coming back and eventually the features sold me on it. I have to say that we love these pans and I plan to stock another home with them as well. So easy to cook in and clean. We're a happy customer!

Truly impressive! I love watching manufacturing processes and I love baking so this was a lot of fun to see. I own quite a few nordicware items and they are all really excellent. I saw some of them in the video. The plant looks beautiful! Got an email today with the link to this video and I’m glad I checked it out.

Nordic #are is the best I have bundt pans, cookie sheets & we have a min pressure cookie that goes n the micro wave we have had it for almost 40 yrs works like new/ Quality. God bless

I have a stove top one but it didn't come with the big base to hold it. worked ok on coiled element have not tried it on glass stove top though. makes nice delicate pattern. I used it for making pizzelle when i couldn't find pizzelle iron. Rolled easily around wooden dowel if you can't find cone shape. Filled with whippedcream with a bit of powdered sugar and vanilla..to taste...not too sweet ( chantilly cream) makes a nice desseert for special occasion.... or even just flat dusted with a bit of powdered sugar for darker toasted ones. and plain and flat is just as yummy..and easy to store a stack or in a decorative clear bag with a bit of ribbon as a tasty gift. enjoy
