  • Here is a quick video of me installing Nameless Performance Muffler Delete axle back exhaust on a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness with the 2.5L N/A boxer. It was a pretty simple procedure! There were no issues with it clearing my OEM hitch setup. Comment if you have any questions, and thanks for watching!

      Thanks so much for tuning in and supporting my channel! More videos to come! I'm in discussions with Nameless performance over some video ideas. Hoping it works out! I love their stuff. *Fingers Crossed*
      Also going to be changing the wheels this week. I'm trying to push the specs to be pretty aggressive, so we will see how it goes - hoping my research / measurements pay off.

    Do you think the sound would be obnoxious for neighbors? I’m mostly just concerned about starting my car in the mornings and disturbing others. I personally love a loud exhaust, would you consider this loud or pretty tame?

      The cold start is definitely loud. It’s something to consider. I live in the country and there’s a lot of space between houses. Plus my neighbors don’t care. Once the car is running, it’s audible at all times but not ridiculous. It’s only pretty dang loud on that cold start.

    That’s a lot of noise creating a little horsepower. Once you put your foot in it, it’s going to be too loud, IMO.
    I’m looking at Nameless exhausts that still retain a muffler.

      Hey all a matter of preference. I like hearing my car all the time.

    This is great, thanks for the video. I would love to know your thoughts after living with it for a while?

      Thanks for the kind words! I've had it now since the video released and done a few lengthy drives. I'm a car guy so I think it's perfectly livable. There are no extreme obnoxious drones that catch an odd resonant frequency in the cabin. However, it should be noted that you're 100% going to hear your car most of the time. If that's something you don't like, I'd opt for the muffler version that only gets loud when you're getting spicy on the pedal. Hope this helps!

      @@JaredRMorgan I think the newer single-exit with the small muffler will also allow for mounting an aftermarket tow hitch. I have the dual-muffler quad-tip version on my 2020 Impreza hatchback and my only regret is that I can't mount a hitch with it. Not a big deal right now, but it's good to know that I have a viable option if/when I do feel the need to put on a hitch.

    I think Nameless is the only real choice for a good-sounding axle-back with the FB20.

      Agreed! The product sounds nice, and the fit and finish is glorious.

      Still enjoying it! It really doesn’t get gnarly unless I’m stomping it.

      As far as my car, this will likely be the last exhaust related mod I do.

    Putting an exhaust on a CVT car is so dumb

    nice! i want to get the axle back turndown version. how tight did you bolt the gasket and pipes together?

    • @JaredRMorgan
      @JaredRMorgan  4 місяці тому

      That’s what this one is! I went as tight as I could go with my two ratchets which is likely tighter than it was OEM. The factory exhaust didn’t fight me at all to break loose.
