I massage my feet using a racketball first as a gentle warm up. Then a do lots of stretches, the racketball again and then a golf ball for slow specific areas that need to be worked out. My knees have improved by working on my feet. Hadn't expected such a huge improvement there. Thanks for the video. You've given me a couple of ideas to add to my foot routine.
that's awesome! yup, they are the support between the ground and the rest of our bodies so always pay attention to the feet :)

Ive had this issue for about 9 years. I have been to 5 foot Dr's. I had some neves cut..didnt help.
This seems to help. Especially the tennis ball.
Is there a foot strengthening video? I have been walking on my heels or sliding my feet for 9 years due to the pain in the ball of the foot...as a result my feet ar week.
I just realized my weak toes is causing me ankles issues. How does one strengthen their toes
