HYROX Worlds 2024 Vlog - My Experience and Thoughts

HYROX Worlds Nice 2024
This was my first HYROX Worlds experience, and I wanted to document it as I went through to show what it was like.
The event took place in Nice, France from June 7-9, 2024.
For those who don't know HYROX, it's the Sport of Fitness Racing. There are events all over the world, and qualifying spots for Worlds up for grabs at each event.
HYROX is: 8 Stations, with a 1km run between each station.
The stations include: 1km Ski, 50m Sled Push (205kg), 50m Sled Pull (155kg), 80m Burpee Broad Jump, 200m Farmers Carry (32kg), 100m Sandbag lunges (30kg) and 100 Wall Balls (9kg).
Note: Those weights are in the Male Pro division, and it changes depending on what you're competing in.
There were many countries all around the world competing, in what I can only describe as one of the best and well organised global fitness competition events I've ever been part of.
