Another question ,will there be investigations into where did the companies get money to donate, from when there were no profits,no shareholders funds?
“Thank you so much for the appreciation of our work. While leading the innocent masses up the garden path saying "Na khaunga, na khane dunga", the govt of the day has resorted to the grossest kind of corruption given the vicious nexus between the corporates and the govt through the Electoral Bonds is any indication. Democracy on the death bed.
COVID vaccine development cost comparison of Serum institute and Bharat CoVaccine should be done based on their respective financial and then how much did BJP government pay to these companies? Cost / bottle (ampoule) Vs Price at which government buy कोविशील्ड & CoVaccine? Large amount of public money n EB donations are involved when own government company was capable to supply vaccine.
The Supreme Court has acted on this Electoral Bond, (a donation in white money policy),... based on the PIL filed by the lawyer Prashant Bhushan, who was appointed by the opposition and was attempting to expose the names of Adani and Ambani in the electoral bond. However, his efforts have failed miserably. Now, the question arises of how to revive this donation system, which was originally intended to be in white money. Alternatively, should we revert to the days of 1947 to 2017 when donations were made entirely in black money? Electoral Bond is not black money as it is all recorded in SBI. Before these schemes is there any track of Political donations in the year from 1947 to 2017 ?? Is there any better alternative to paying donations in white money??? Dismantling a system is easy but to develop a donation policy to the political party in white money is very difficult.
In my humble opinion - there is zero difference between non-transparent electoral bonds, purchased by loss making and shell companies, or listed entities with no disclosures. In fact it is worse -- converting and organising black money in hundreds of crores (possible by a single cheque in case on non transparent EBs) is not easy. Also Prashant Bhushan is doing brilliant service to the nation -- but the person whose relentless efforts led to disclosures is Commodore Lokesh Batra -- a man whose patriotic service to the nation continues even after retirement!! You may want to know and think about these facts -- he a transparency crusader with NO POLITICAL LINKS
Wonder if there were other channels through which big business took care of their interests. Were they in the shape of non-financial, but very effective support editorially through media houses they control?
Where are we with, what happened with our electoral bond scams, any enquiry, raids, arrest, ED, IT, media's on this topic, NO. They (Bondi ka laundry : बौंडी का लांड्री, यह गारंटी) know how to manipulate the situations. Hence.. more unethical drama's to unfold days ahead before elections 😊
Fraud has been done on both sides . Companies having only 10 crore to 20 crores gave 450 crore to 1250 crore to BJP election fund ! This means promotors of those companies have been cheating their share holders also . Companies divided money between BJP and themselves and also did not pay Income tax in full .
1 lakh ka kharida tha... Bad me 15000 rs ke 3 liye the... Hamara banda to bach gaya.2 logo ko madad me de di thi.. Baki do log nahi bache... Vasooli ne jo 140 Cr logo ke bhagya se jo khilwad kiya hai... Gali dene se bhi solve nahi hoga.... Aurobindo pharma Cipla ko har Hall me boycott.. Kar raha hu.... Is se jayda vasooli ko gali nahi de sakta
Very important point raised by you in your video. Companies who have made donations via Electoral Bonds are not only indulging in corrupt practices, but also stealing money from their shareholders and employees.

Why is SEBI is silent on Non Disclosurea in the financial

Valid point. None of the companies have mentioned in their annual rpt abt electoral bonds.
Have you checked? They sre supposed to.
It is not fair for companies keeping dark to investors.
I liked what you said 🎉🎉🎉 great work of journalism, dear 🎉🎉🎉

The richest men in india still use suitcases.
Ideally, the question should not be why pay shareholders' money, but why pay any money at all.
Gooda Raj, BJP Raj.
No accountability, no investigation, eyes closed, unless the people of India wake up and say "NO"
Thanks wonder why are Regulators like RBI, SEBI , Stock Exchanges pulling these listed entity for not disclosing the political donations?
when values that guard a society are corroded, it's inevitable, sooner or later
Very interesting.
