Smoked Queso on the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050

  • This "Smoked Queso" phenomenon has swept across the barbecue and grilling social media platforms in a BIG way over the last couple weeks. This was started with a video by Mr. Matt Pittman of Meat Church BBQ. My inspiration for this cook came directly from Matt's video.

    This is super easy to make. Here are the ingredients I used in mine:
    1lb white american cheese
    1lb muenster cheese
    8oz sharp cheddar cheese
    1lb mild italian sausage, cooked and drained
    2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1 can of creamed corn
    2 4oz jars of diced pimientos, drained
    1/2 vidalia onion, finely diced
    Greens from 1 small bunch of green onions, sliced
    2 tablespoons of Man Cave Meals Beef Mojo Rub
    Cooked on the Masterbuilt 1050 at 350°F for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes...
