I was 15 when I first saw Re:zero and it became my favorite anime. I'm 22 now and it's still my favorite anime.

I love how Rem fans were like really cocky and top of the world during season 1 and from season 2 onwards everyone just bullies the fuck out of them.

Re:Zero has the oportunity to take it out of the park with this season with arc 5 and mostly 6, hopefully they will deliver....
Season 2 proved that the studio really struggles adapting character/dialogue heavy arcs. Arc 6 isn't going to be nearly as good in the anime as in the novels.
And here's a hot take: season 4 isn't going to be nearly as controversial as Arc 7 in the WN. It will be considered the second best in anime format with Arc 5 taking first place.

Anime will be cover Re Zero arc 5 and Arc 6 . Though they didn't show it because probably they haven't done much of arc 6 for now . Also episode count is around 38 .(Leak and can change)

@@fili0938 there is not really any chance it would be under 2 hours or the movie won't make any sense. they are putting 2 of the highest rated thickest Light Novel volumes in the series and putting them into a movie. they give a regular size volume around 4 episodes in the anime usually (which is already bad because a normal volume needs like 7 episodes, yet they smash 3 volumes into 13 episodes). 6 episodes (3 eps per book) would be around a 2 hour movie. and these volumes could be done in 6 episodes, but it would still not be enough. in all honestly a 3 hour movie would be very good. but that's just not happening. I have a very solid feeling the movie will be like 2 hours and 20 minutes. being almost 7 episodes. hell a non canon slime movie got like an hour and 45 minutes.

Just a bit of spoilers, beware: Subaru won't die a lot in Arc 5, he'll try to follow his motivation to value his own life. Not completely successful, but he will.
However, for thirsty sickos, just wait until Arc 6. It's really bad in terms of cruelty, some of you would love that. This arc makes me die on the inside, and I'm just in the middle of it.
Well, I’m ready for Arc 6 to flop, considering how much they censor the violence. And unless they step up their game with the Blue-Ray, I doubt it’s gonna be good, since they already chose the midday broadcast channel; and that means censoring. Liliana’s original idea basically got completely scrapped, so we don’t have the ridiculous gap moe anymore. Instead, we have weird sports bras.

@@joki8517 It does please me, coz it's Subaru's turn to simp Rem in Arc 7, for you who're wondering, since Rem woke up and lost memory, Subaru was heartbroken and chased Rem like a puppy, like how she chased him back earlier in the series, it was like getting a taste of his own medicine, Arc 7-8 is really good.

I was lucky with Apothecary Diaries, I didn't bother looking at it until episode 18 when I finally gave in after every AniTuber I watch kept mentioning it, and it was awesome! Absolutely love Maomao and Jinshi, their chemistry is great even in the author isn't fond of Jinshi! Can't wait for the 2nd season, I love both the Dub and Sub VAs as well, they're absolutely wonderful!

That is Arc 6 for you, just Arc 6 mind you.
It's also the best Arc in the whole franchise, and the writing's quality decreases significantly after that, so if they mess up like i think they will, it's gonna be over for the show.
@@markn7519 Don't listen to the other guy, the writing's quality does not decrease significantly. The recent arc is controversial but many people still love it, and it'll translate great into anime since it has a lot of fights.

these 2 arcs were an amazing read. I'm curious to see how they'll portray arc 6, seems difficult to do with animation considering the perspective of writing is so important in that arc.

I always happy with anime that deals with the "behind the scenes" portion of the anime\manga. I loved BAKUMAN as an inside look to the manga industry(sepecifically SJ) and thought that SHIROBAKO would be something like that but the first 3 episodes were so chaotic with too many characters, too many cuts between locations and times that I gave up and dropped it. let's hope that the new MAPPA anime would do a much better job with this kind of story and settings.

Re zero season 3 is arc 5 (and posible arc 6 if you go by one teaser from last year thogh all shown in the latest is arc 5 only) and considered the re zero shonen arc. Hope they can keep up the animation buget to translate this.
Slime is a bit overhyped i think they messed up their pacing big time. Anybody gets hyped for the Big moments forgeting the start of season 2 backtracking and some of the meeting after meeting not translating well in a visual medium..... well better than Overlord were you see season 3 and see Madhouse losing interest and then the CLUSTER FUbeeep Season 4 were the movie is something hapens in the middle of the season and one of the reasons for whats happening in its last arc.

NGL the "days with my step sister" PV reminded me of an amazing 1 episode OVA from 2005 called "Boku wa Imōto ni Koi o Suru( I love my little sister)" which was an adaptation of a small section of a manga that tries to seriously deal with the concept of a love between a guy and his sister. uthis is an anime I would never forget due the sheer amazing quality in every section: artstyle, music, characters, plot, ending, everything in that single episode was so amazing and the PV made me think it will be the same but with a complete story so I'm actually hyped for it and hoping it will as classy as that PV

People saying "that's how big Emilia is in the light novel" is just wrong.
You can google Rezero LN covers or arts, and Emilia is not that big.
Season 1 Emilia is the correct size, they nerf her in season 2, and make it too big in season 3.
I mean, yes and no. Was she nerfed season 2? Yes. Is she a bit to big in season 3? Yes. Now, was she always small cheasted? No, Tappei confirmed that Emília has bigger ones than Rem, but smaller than Prescila, so even if in the LN doesn't show the exact size, the season 3 design is a bit more acorate than season 1 and much more acorate than season 2
Actually the light novel text and the illustrations have never matched. She’s supposed to be fairly well endowed, more so than Rem according to the text, but the illustrations always showed her smaller. When people say this is more accurate to the light novel, they’re talking about the text descriptions.
