    It was played over a realbass Duo amp with 2x10" cab. You hear a mix of the DI-direct sound and the sound miked with a AKG-D112 microphone.

    didn't the Fortress first come out with a single MM style pickup ? First time I recall seeing a Warwick was back in the early 90ies, at a Keziah Jones gig where amazing bassist Phil "Soul" Sewell played a Fortress or Thumb through a Trace Elliott rig, not sure which anymore, but it sounded really stunning !

      Yes, I own a Fortress with a single MM style pickup (from 1995) and indeed it is the best sounding and playing bass guitar I have ever had.

    It’s sounds like a guitar, just mid and treb no punch
