This is a Minecraft City Seed back in an early beta when villages were just being made! This is an amazing seed glitch that WaterBlock found! Check the download below and gasp at the glory!

+Jan Navrátil Yes, you can make a village like that. I used MCEdit to increase the size of an already existing village. It's just simple copy/paste. Can it take a while to do? Yes. But it still is very simple to do with MCEdit.

I had to convert it to the new format so it could just be playable dude.
That's why it's only for download. Beta seeds no longer generate due to all the new biomes.

If you pay attention, the seed will not work in the newest version. It was from the Beta release 1.8
There's a download link in the description. Just save yourself time and download it instead of asking the same question over and over.
Also. It's not a mod, it was actually randomly generated. I had to convert the map file to the new format JUST to have it playable on this version of Minecraft.
It was still in the old format with the old generation.

Extract the zip, and put the folder in your .minecraft>saves folder. Easiest way to get there for windows is
>start > type %appdata% > Roaming > .minecraft > saves

i downloaded this and omg wow its amazingly huge. 3 giant cities next to each other. But there isn't one villager living anywhere.....the seed is 8897460229726541328 x- 671 z- 356........my spawn point was right next to the village but others could spawn elsewhere. i plan to do a big project with this and level it out and make it all liveable...! thanks so much

1.7.9...i actually downloaded the save folder into my game and it works but when i generated the world using the seed it looked totally different and the villages were gone

it doesnt look man made, it looks like a hopeless naturally generated village where nothing fits properly even though it still is awesome looking.....whether its built or spawned it doesnt matter...its actually more awe inspiring if it was man made coz the hours it took would have been enormous....its fab either way

This is an edited map(original seed 8897460229726541328). There are multiple proofs like sharp edges like have been selected by a rectangular box, no villager, sudden ends of rivers,etc.
But it would be quite a good map to play with if you spawn some villagers in it, the city will offer some sense of security, and free food supply :P
This is not a seed. This is a generated map. If you download the map, amd make a copy of it (which removes all player created structures) it's just a normal map.
