This was a great tutorial. It was easy to follow with perfect pacing. I added a tiny star made from a center circle made from a chain of 3 and a slip stitch. Then, chain 3, slip stitch into the center of the original circle. Repeat 4 more times, and it's a5 pointed star. I tied a bow around the trunk made from a single strand of red yarn. It's soooo cute! I love it! Thank you for the tutorial.
Bella I love these trees. I have made ten and am making more for ornaments to put on gifts as well as my own tree. Such an easy project and your a great teacher. I'm still new to the crochet world and I have learned a lot just from watching your video. Thank you for all of your tutorials. This has been such fun!
I love making these. Your instructions were very easy to follow too. I'm making alot for my family after they saw the one I made. Also I just love everything about your voice. Your accent is very soothing..
I came across this video Nov. 20, 2021. Watched, paused & wrote down the steps to make these. I just wanted you to know I gave several to my granddaughters' teachers for Christmas and I can't stop making them!!💗💗💗 I also attached some to gift bags for friends 😍 Thanks for a fun video!
someone mentioned your name on a FB page and I decided to check... you do excellent teaching beginners.... i am a beginner myself and can benefit from your kind smooth and patient voice.. thank you !
I love these - thank you. I'm starting some Christmas bunting. PLEEEASE can you do a tute for a chocolate orange cover. i'm really struggling with written patterns and your videos are just the ticket for me! thanks again
This tree is so cute and easy to do-thank you so much for the tutorial! I've done two so far this year, both done with green Big Twist Twinkle yarn-the twinkle just gives it a little something extra. I may do a few more to use as gift tie-ons!
Thanks Bella - I have created some cute small versions using DMC #8 cotton and 1mm hook. I wish I could post a photo - they are adorable and I plan to make them into earrings to gift next Christmas.
Amazing tutorial, I managed to make one as a beginner, very easy steps and easy to follow along. I need some practice but it turned out great as a first attempt 😍😘🤩
bella, thanks so much im just starting crochet your instructions are so easy . please add more and different snowflakes. ive already mastered the ones u have posted I see others. but they are harder to understand and not as easy to work while working and watching the videos. If you could watch and rework those , that would be great!!!
I love all your videos i just got done making 10 snowflakes for Christmas gifts for friends and family you explame very well :) your awesome you have a new sub
@@bellacococrochet I love your work!! I use your videos for a lot of my practice!! I've only been Crocheting for a year now, but your channel is the one I use about 90% of the time!!
It took me four times to finally get it! It would be nice if you stopped at the end of each row so we can see the tree take shape quicker. Also, w hen you change from 2 clusters of four to one cluster of four on the last row, it would be nice if you would warn us. LOL Wish I could crochet as fast as you can!
I, like these I, made some for Christmas gift's, and I, put a ribbon on the tree and stuck a candy cane in the center of the tree .They really liked the tree's .Can we cell these. And what would you suggest as a price to put on them.
Your vids are great & easy to follow! I find it a little hard to follow other tutorials, but yours are 👍. Also, is it possible to make the x-mas tree big?
Hi Bella how are you love your Christmas tree show. But how do you turn it into the granny square cos lm thinking of doing Christmas cardigan with Christmas motifs on here n there. from Bernadette from Hertfordshire
Thank you, I’m glad you like it 😊 I would really recommend using the Christmas trees as motifs and attaching them to the top of a solid granny square, rather than trying to turn them into squares themselves which I’m not sure is possible.
Did anybody ever see the written pattern for this? The video is plenty easy to follow, but I don't want to watch through it 6 or 8 times til I remember it if there is a pattern to reference. Thanks!
Bella Coco my treble is over hook, through, over again, pull back (3 loops on). Over through 1 over through 2 over through 2. I think after crocheting for something like 7 years I may have been doing my trebles wrong all that time...
That's a Treble lovely. So UK treble, US Double. If you have learned from a book then it's easy to get confused if the terms are written in US terms. The way to know for sure is if you see 'single crochet' as that doesn't exist in UK terms xx
Just to clarify a treble: Yarn over, insert the hook, yarn over pull through (3 loops on the hook) yarn over, pull through 2 (2 loops on the hook) yarn over, pull through 2.
Bella Coco yep. Learnt definitely UK terms from my Mum who learnt from her Grandmother. Hereditary crocheters here lol. To me a UK treble is how I do it (over through 1, over through 2, over through 2). A US Double is then through 2 over through 2. Guess it's just differences in the way we were taught/learnt. Just completely confused me lol.
+Bella Coco I, like these , I, made a bunch of these tree's for gift. I, put a bow on the top of the tree and I, am going to try and weave a candy cane in the center of it , I, cant send you picture pf it but the tree turned out nice thank you for sharing with us keep up you'r good work.
I tried to keep up it was very hard you go so fast I have to keep pausing it which is annoying to do when your working with your hands and have to stop each time to catch up.
These are lovely little trees , but found it a bit annoying when you are counting the stitches you are doing , and I am trying to count the stitches I am doing. We all work at different speeds, so counting with you is quite off putting. Otherwise a lovely video. Thank you.
your videos are too fast. you need to slow down and understand that beginners might be watching too and trying to catch up with you is so stressful i have to go back again and again
+Bella Coco I just love these tree's you have clear instructions. It only took a few minutes. To make a tree.love it I put a bow on mine, I am going to try and we've a candy cane in to it , give them out for Christmas gift's😂. thank you for sharing with us.

Just found this pattern so thank you for the star 🌟 tip 😊
Please Bella can you help me to understand this 🙈 🤍
Love the addition of the star and bow. You can use the thread from the star to make a loop and turn it into a decoration to hang on a Christmas tree.
Great idea! 🤶
Just done my 1st tree not bad for someone who has been crocheting for a month. Your a very good teacher.
Well done and thank you :)

You can slow the video down if you go to the three dots at the top.
If the video is too quick this is a great way.
Thank you for this. I'm going to make one for each of my Girl Scouts. I have almost 50 girls in my troop.
Love it just made my first one 😀😀😀
Hi, Bella! Love your pattern. Do you have written instructions for this tree? Thanks!

I'm confused. Is this in UK terms or US terms? Your treble is more like my double and I use UK terms.
This is UK terms. Are you sure you work to the right terms? It can be a bit confusing x
Bella Coco my treble is over hook, through, over again, pull back (3 loops on). Over through 1 over through 2 over through 2.
I think after crocheting for something like 7 years I may have been doing my trebles wrong all that time...

I tried to keep up it was very hard you go so fast I have to keep pausing it which is annoying to do when your working with your hands and have to stop each time to catch up.
Gee I like this, but very confusing to say trebles, when its a double crochet.
