Love the tutorial but this is insane there has got to be a way to make this a preset thanks for your diligent attention to detail.

Optimize Scanned PDF on multiple files
I'm using Acrobat pro dc
It seems that I have to optimize the files one by one, that would take a lot of time; is there a way to run a batch optimization?
Under "Text Recognition" there is a function for Multiple Files, but Text Recognition has less options than Optimize Scanned PDF and I need some of them.
Hi and many thanks for your tutorial! We try to OCR hundreds of scanned PDFs under specific folder and its subfolder. These folders include also other file types such as .xls which shall not be OCRed. We cannot find a filter or anything to apply the action only to the PDF files... the Problem is: currently the action is aborting. I think it’s because of the “other file types”. Any advise? ☺️ Thank you so much! (There is another option to pre select the files within 1 folder, but since we have hundreds of folders this is not the preferred solution).
