How many law firms do you contract with at any given time? What type of law do you work in? What type of law pays the most? DO you request payment before you start a project?
Depending on the work, I have contracted with up to three law firms at one time. I mainly handle litigation for Plaintiff firms - wrongful death and abuse case. Corporate Paralegals make great money, but so do Patent and Trademark Paralegals. For me, it's more about the passion than the dollar. As for a deposit, it depends on the assignment. If it is a big assignment or project, then yes, I'll require a deposit or retainer for the work. Great questions!
I'm a directing attorney of an office, and I WISH people in my office knew how to do this! I'm trying to figure out how to do all this myself so I can then teach my employees.
I'm here if you need me. I plan to do another OneNote video soon. I use my OneNote Notebooks soooooo much. It is a GREAT tool for the legal industry. Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate you!

Load of rubbish
Can you be more specific in defining the load of rubbishness? 🤓
Too much waffling and no essence of case management
