    I 100% love this!!
All your videos I see with practice that I get better and better!!
In fact I just did a very nice and challenging kayak trip (the first real physically challenging Activity ’I’ve been able to pursue in over 6 years)
I was super sore after 8 hours of kayaking and this exercise was spot on right and perfect for me to help my physical body loosen up and get those muscles relaxed again.
I practiced 4 of your videos days before the kayaking trip and immediately after as well!
I’m super pumped to feel my body in good physical well being and health!

Literally did this as soon as I watched the video! Thank you for all of your content, Tim! I am still figuring out the resets and how to incorporate them/see results from them and your videos are always very helpful!

Awesome, Matthew. If you need more help with the resets, we have some books that could help. We may even have some OS coaches in your area. If so, you could get an OSSA done to see what resets would give you a huge return. You can find our coaches on OriginalStrength.net. Thanks so much for watching. If I can help you further, let me know!

Tim, Great video as always! I really like your stuff! What book should I start with? and, do you train any traditional strength training, or mostly OS? you look impressive!

Thanks for the kind words. I would start with "Pressing Reset: Original Strength Reloaded." That should get you started well. From there, maybe Habitual Strength.
The majority of my training is loaded gait training. I do come and go like the seasons though. I don't really do any traditional strength training - in a weight room sense. I do bodyweight things and play around. Lots of carries, walks, crawls, and sprints, pull-ups and types of pushups. Thanks for watching and writing!

Ta for my morning laugh ("Don't be cheeky.") I'll definitely add this move to my routine; have found the circular rocking does a lot of good for my ailing back. Thanks again.

Hanging and breathing in certain ways. Research the Schroth method. It seems to have very favorable results in helping if not straightening a scoliatic spine.

great info! Can you recommend a proper transition to go from crab crawling to crawling (leopard) and vice versa. Both crawling methods have helped tremendously and I wanted to add them together. Thanks!

Louis, I like to lift my opposite limbs and rotate over on the two opposite limbs still in contact with the ground. This works from crab to leopard and vise versa. Two opposing limbs on the ground, two opposing limbs in the air, then rotate over usually by sweeping the leg in the air underneath the body. I hope this helps.
