      Brittany Wilkerson the llama was a gift from a 4 year old girl in Germany. She watches my videos. I wanted her to see her gift.

    When working on the neck I notice your arms are in almost a Y-formation; does it matter if the arms are straight out horizontally or over your head? Also, what’s the difference between performing the neck rom standing vs laying down?

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  5 років тому +7

      It does matter where you put your arms, especially if you are trying to do the internal and external shoulder rotations I demonstrate here. However, you can put your arms where you like. There are no rules. Gravity and skeletal structural support are the difference between as I demonstrate here and standing. Both are good, but again, there is a difference. We are made to move in all planes. Please don't take anything I demonstrate as a rule, but more of an invitation to explore how you can move. I hope this helps.

      Original Strength thank you so much! Yea definitely don’t take it as a rule; as a person who I’ve been getting tons of insight from for a few years now I value your input and that’s why I like asking you questions. Thank you again ✌🏾
