I was doing this tonite my instructor says keep the knee on belly and keep the brabo choke I guess there is differnt ways to hit it

It can be done with knee on belly, just release the pressure of kob so he can go to his side, otherwise it's gonna be difficult to hit the choke if he is flat on his back.

Had to rewatch, pause, reduce speed many times over, but I think I have it. The lapel/gi stuff confuses me. Brought out the homemade dummy partner.

Same mechanics but called Brabo choke due to the usage of the Gi in the technique.
