Lechon for 700+ people -Country Club Edition-

Lechon for Everbody! What an awesome event at one of Arizona's oldest country clubs. We cooked 4 50lb Lechons for over 700 people. The roast was chopped for slider, They were served with crispy skin, mang tomas, achara, all on a Hawaiian roll. We received many compliments from the members. Many stated that we had the best food the party!
