Yes! I love them! I am considering Botox though just because it kinda sucks putting patches on your face every single night lol! BUT they are effective and make my skin shiny as well

Hello! I use them every night right before bed❤️ if you notice the wrinkles are smoothed, you can skip a day. I just choose to use it daily now.
