Yo. Real stuff. I’m crying while watching this rn. I have an autoimmune disorder which has spiraled me into depression halting a lot of growth in my 20s. I needed something like this. Thanks guys - love this channel.
Authentic and refreshing. You guys never cease to amaze me and the wonderful people that you have on your podcast. The world really has so many inspiring humans!
MG are you guys psychic? I'm legally blind and I put out a video on positivity January 1st. At the end, I said I wanted to talk about hope next because it's a powerful but scary thing. V's story really motivated me to increase efficacy of the state of my eye disease. I completely agree with you about taking action and setting intentions instead of LOA. Great content as always. I hope you continue to inspire even more listeners in 2019 as much you've inspired me. 😀
i’m just catching up on all the podcasts i’ve missed over the last few weeks! this one was AMAZING - V has the energy of an angel! thanks all for the life changing content x
Hope is something to look forward to. Managing expectations and knowing "your why" are good points too. "Up In the Air" does also tie in because George Clooney's character did suggest alternative options to the people on the receiving end of his job. His character was really efficient at packing; though I'm not sure if the backpack metaphor was a positive or a negative.
Listen to your program can practice English listening, but also learn minimalist, I also Subscribe to “PODCAST”, easy to listen outside,Thank you ~ ~(Sorry, I can’t speak English 😂) 聽你們的節目可以練習英文聽力,還可以學習極簡,真的是一舉兩得,我也關注了PODCAST,方便在外出時聽,謝謝~THANK U~
Joshua, or Ryan, but mainly Joshua... have yall ever heard of being a HSP (highly sensitive person)? It's a type of personality that I found out about myself half a year ago.. please look into it.. you may find it very meaningful, and a way to learn more about yourself. I also left the corporate world as an accountant.. to go back to school to step into the medical field to find something more meaningful. I'm a scribe (making less than 1/3 of what i made previously) but i love it..
Love you guys. The comments on LASIK were irresponsible. The anchor had SMILE not Lasik. The reported suicides are less then 10 and this is out of millions of procedures done. There are many avenues and treatments for dry eyes that can relieve those symptoms. I know that wasn't the point of the statement.

I agree ; )
Great podcast, as usual. I cracked up when you mentioned the hoping for health part. (I was working out while listening, so that made it very funny.)
I love your content. You always inspire and I appreciate the links.
The best podcast. Thank you guys!
