sir hamari ek propritership firm hai, uski turn over ka kitne percent mudra loan mil sakta hai. bank manager bol raha hai, aapke turn over ka 10% se jyada ammount nahi milega. kya ye sahi hai.

I applied for home loan .. in jan our section latter approved but not signed by me i signed on 27 feb and after 2 day they asked for garunter banking statement and other documents .. earlier they just want witness which we given but our garunter person was out of town so we have to wait but meanwhile march 6th they cut emi ... Still we didn't get any amt or cheque from bank nither our builder got any amt ... Bank executive said your loan all ready sectioned and your cheque is ready .. but due to your delay of documents you didn't get cheque .. how's this possible sir ... When I didn't credited or use bank loan amt how they can starts taking emi .. indusind bank ... Please help me
