@@DeepakSingh-ls8re they will not reply. They are creating videos for their earning and not to help anyone. 2nd thing is that even if you have all documents gst itr etc and don't have collateral forget about any loan and if you have collateral bank people will prepare all documents for you.

Me kal gya tha bank. Wo log itna kuch mangte he. Income tax, 3 saal ka return. Abhi kuch business start hi nai Kia isme ye sab Kahan se laun. Inshort bank MSME se Jude koi bhi Kam me loan nai Dena chati, customer Ko itna darao k wo MSME wala loan na mange.
I have applied this loan after getting the inprinciple letter I have contact with the customer care executive. As per executive bank will call within 8 days. After 8 days no call received. When I visit the branch they said about collateral ? And said come after 2 weeks.

Also i am running my second company which was established in 2011-12 and was having collateral free CC limit of 10 lakhs from SBP and now it is SBI. The limit is 5+ years old and was replaying my interest on time but since last one year, the bank's attitude is very rude. Whenever they ask me to pay interest i have paid the same. I have given the renew documents to one bank officer but she is saying that she didn't get documents. On a good note, i have discussed with their regional manager and asked them for not making it NPA due to non- renewal. And requested to give us one month temp renewal but the loan cell refused and after taking the interest they have made it NPA. Even my branch manager have requested to loan cell Chief Manager to support here but he didn't. Earlier it was not MSME but now i have got it registered under MSME. Also i have got 30 lakhs approval through psbloans59minutes but they never supported me. One of the officer is using rude language over phone and i need your support here. I am 37 years old and need your support to avoid blot on my career. Just 2 months back, they have visited my office and godown and i have shown them stocks of about 60 lakhs plus. But i don't know that why they are doing this. I have recently launched my other company and brand for LED and Solar LED Lighting and Smart Lighing but i have no money to take it new heights of business. Plz support
