What do you think about doing concentration curls instead of preacher curls?
Its a ok exercise but i prefer the preacher curl. The preacher curl has a way better locked in position because when you do the concentration curl you only have some of your arms locked in, rathee than the preacher curl having your whole arm locked in. 💪
