    How to double tricep gains with pushups? My arms are big as yours. Can i add more inches somehow? I also cannot afford gym membership.

      If you are doing diamond pushups already, i would highly recommended progressing to a harder variation. Add on some weight and make it elevated.

      Do 3-4 sets. 3-7 for strength and 8-15 for muscle growth. And make sure to be close or to failure near last sets
