Hmm....The Best route is not to Take 30k 50k Courses instead Go to SAS India and learn From Them. Even if it's 1 Lac it's a Steal Deal Because you Not only learning From experts But also Getting the Certification (2 Trial for each Base and Advance). For one attempt for each Exam it's 16k Rs. So you Guys can do the Math.
And The Coursera version is just 3k per month but it's worth it Since it's Taught by SAS US lots of Quiz and Tests. But you will need some understanding in any other languages like SQL then it's easy.
(Writing it as a Civil Engineer). So yes any one can learn it.
