SIr currently I am working in a company from last 2 year as software developer but my company not giving me reliving latter they are saying minimum you need to work 5 year with us, can I go for fake experience certificate, I have good knowledge about development, I can developer a system from 0 level to end, my confidence is that any company can not judge me by my Knowledge that experience is fake or not, but I have no idea about background verification, I need your help please help me.
I joined a company after my Engg 2021 passout. There was 5 months training full stack, and from then after training i am on bench no project.. Now hr told me they will terminate me.. if i dont get project within 2 weeks... what if i get terminate...? should i try in diff company as fresher again or With fake experience that i have done project for 4-5 mnths ??but I'll get experience letter from company
100% bhai . FAKE EXPERIENCE is not good. Khudki personality bhi kharab ho jaati hain . Isse accha hain ki khud mehnat karke paisa kamao .
Bond is illegal..no company can ask for any amount...even in case of abscond no need to pay ... just buyout notice period with negotiation or leave it for 2-3 months contact again they will give ..

Hi sir, what u r saying is correct, but as a sas programmer no company is ready to recruit freshers, in that case wat can we do sir, there is no other way just only to keep fake experience for job opportunities

go for a fake experiance of conjumer service and all. and do a cource for testing and if you are good in coding go for development. and do that work.
edit: is certificate ko kisi paas ki shop se le lena jis ko tum jante ho yadi koi tumhara dost hea jiska business hea uas se mango vo de bhi dega ya to vo company ka latter pad dega ya tumse hi banwayega. aur uasme salery 16000 ctc hi dikhana jayada loabh mat rakhna.

Coding is little hard to adopt at this age, you can try less coding course in IT. Like Data Analysis, AWas. After then try to do Internships parallel. As sir said don't directly go for experience...

Students ne "aptitude" ke jyada tar questions ke answer bhi copy kiya hai and "coding questions" solve karne ki ummid karna hi bahut dur ki bat hai. "Tel......m" pe group par questions post kar answer copy kiya, and copy paste walo se kya honesty expect kar sakte hai.
